The food was actually good the service was good although there wasn't that many people in there and I think there was only one server that was running his butt off but and even though everything looked clean the table was sticky other than that I have no complaints so I cannot do a five star

Considering its a chain fast food restaurant food was ok.The server Olivia made the difference with good service and a smile drinks weren't bad either.

Anytime a restaurant is empty at 8pm on a Saturday. You should leave. We did.

Was very disappointed. Service was almost non existent. Long wait to get a table. Hostess seemed surly and inexperienced. Bar service was awful. We decided to leave after what seemed like an altercation involving staff and police had to be called in. We finally left when other people came in after us and were seated while we were waiting to get a table. Unprofessional disorganised and poor management low standards are certainly not what I expect from Applebees.

Bad service; waited 45 minutes at the door. We were told the kitchen was backed up so they weren't sitting anyone. Hostess acted like she didn't care and got an attitude with the people waiting ahead of us when they asked what was taking so long. Over half the restaurant was empty and there were 2 groups ahead of us that were waiting to be seated.

The food was delicious when we finally got it. 10 friends joined me there and I was So embarrassed be caused we had to wait 45 minutes for our food after we finally gave our order.... and the place was cold. It was 44 degrees outside and the a/c Was on.

I would give it 0 stars if there was an option for that. My family and I went there before Christmas and waited 30 minutes before even getting our drinks and also waited forever on our food. We tried again just this past weekend and after sitting there for 20 minutes without a server even acknowledging us we got up and left. We will definitely not be going back.

Table was sticky along with condiment bottles on table. Bathroom floors were slippery and almost fell going in and out. Took over 45 mins to get our food and restaurant was not full. Our main meal came out before our appetizer. Hair was on the bottle of steak sauce our waitress brought to our table. Will not be going back! Ended up getting sick about an hour after we left. Waitress was very nice though and she tried to make our visit pleasant unfortunately the bad outweighed the good.

RANT After a very busy Christmas Day filled with delicious, rich foods I did not want any of that food and did not want to cook or clean, so I decided tonight that I wanted an Applebee’s Oriental Chicken salad. We got to the restaurant about 5:45 and there were only about five booths with customers, they were not busy. There was no employee at the Hostess Station but we waited for about ten minutes for someone to seat the two of us. Finally, the bartender asked us if we wanted a table or booth. When we answered booth, the bartender took us to a booth. Fifteen minutes went by and our drink order had not been taken, no silverware was brought to the table either. Three servers were walking around in the dining room but they just would not look in our direction or acknowledge us in any way. Finally, a female, I took to be a member of management came to take our drink order. She was very uncomfortable and nervous acting as we gave our order. The first two beverages ordered were not available; they were out of one and the second was not working properly. We also ordered an appetizer along with our drink order. The drinks came quickly as did the appetizer but the bartender had to deliver them to our table. The three serves continued to wander around the dining room in a zombie like condition constantly looking at the floor to avoid eye contact. Shortly after the appetizer was delivered the same woman that took our order returned to take our entree order. No napkins or silverware had been brought with the appetizer so I asked for some to be brought to the table. Again, the bartender had to deliver our food and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I had asked the lady that took the order for extra dressing but the salad was delivered without the extra dressing nor any napkins. The bartender apologized and hustled off to get my dressing. When she returned to with my dressing she noticed our drinks were empty and apologized again. She took our glasses and took off for refills. Apparently, someone had had a spill of food and cleaned up the spill because she slipped and almost feel flat on the floor. Luckily she was able to catch herself and not wipeout on the tile floor. Not a single staff member came to check on her or to clean up the spill. The bartender cleaned up the spill and then brought our fresh drinks. The booth in front of me had to send one of their entree orders back to the kitchen three times, the booth behind me that came in about five minutes after we were seated had never had their drink order taken and we were almost finished eating. We finished our meals and waited from someone to check on us and to give us our check. After waiting about ten minutes I went to the bar and asked the bartender for our check. She was swamped and unable to come to our table but told me to give her a couple of minutes and she send it to the mini computer at our table. True to her word she sent the needed information and I was able to pay the bill from the table without a server. We walked out of the door of the restaurant at 7:30, the table behind me that came in about 6:10 had just given their entree orders. The three servers walking about zombies earlier were still walking around the dining room ignoring the mostly filled booths. If the bartender had not taken care of I do not think we would have been served. I can assure you that tonight was my LAST visit to the Thomasville Applebee’s restaurant. Terrible management, unconcerned and rude staff, and horrific service with sticky tables is not a place I am willing to spend my money.
