I used the mobile app, for the first time. Usually when I use an app, my name will pop up for the order. I tell the lady at the register my name after she asked for it, and she denied me saying that it isn’t the name on the ticket. I explained to her that I don’t use the app and tried to show her the order on my phone, and instead of looking and matching the order together, she decides to get an attitude with me about it. Worst experience at an Arby’s, ever in my life.

Just left there it's was disgusting the gryo was so disgusting I asked for more onions and was told only 2 pieces of onions came on there I said I understand but I want more I asked for a cup full they handed me a small cup with 2 more pieces of onions I asked for more then the rude and very unprofessional Tee the shift leader told me with a attitude that only 2 onions can on there and if I wanted more they had to charge me the fries were gross and when I asked for something else because the food I received was disgusting I was told no I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Well I have to change my 5 star review to a 2 star review. Arby's was my go to, because the other fast food joints in town have issues. Horrible experience today (4/18/25 3pm). No one in line when I arrived. That's always a good thing since my lunch break lasts 30 minutes. Not today. Watched 3 other customers walk in and place order after me. Then we all got to stand around for 15 min. Finally one order came out.....not my order. Couple minutes later 2 more orders were ready, but not mine. I stood there and waited as long as I could, 25 minutes, then I had to get back to work. Seems like they made a deal to switch their crew with the local McDonalds crew. It's highly unlikely that I will be back, based on this one experience. Hire better people.

I came through the drive through window around noon time on 4/9/25. The two employees I interacted with were friendly, enthusiastic and fun to interact with while waiting on my order. Great experience!

This was not a good experience. There was a lady, i thought was the manager, giving the young boy a hard time. I don't know if he was useless, but she was so loud being immature. They were shorthanded. The lady that took my order had to fix all the food. She was trying. My wife got an upset stomach shortly afterwards. Do better people 🙄

ually enjoy Arby’s, but after my last three visits, I’m seriously reconsidering. In the past two weeks, I’ve stopped by three times, only to be met with frustration. Either the system is mysteriously “down,” or I’ve waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told it’s inside only—along with at least 15 other cars stuck in the same situation.

If the drive-thru isn’t available, someone should be outside letting customers know instead of wasting their lunch break sitting in line for nothing. It’s beyond ridiculous.

To make matters worse, whoever was working the drive-thru at lunch on March 7, 2025, was either completely untrained or just didn’t care. If they can’t handle the position, they shouldn’t be working it.

I’ve always been an Arby’s fan, but after this repeated nonsense, I’ll think twice before stopping here again. Do better.
