Fish was cold, and looked like grease needed changing (black burns on it). They were out of white fish, and the tilapia was rubbery. Ordered Dt Dr pepper and was out of it also.

JUST CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!! No sauce,bags,cup holders,may not even have what's on the menu etc...food wasn't right even after letting the so called manger know he still acted as if I'm wrong for telling him my order was wrong...just bad consumer service all around...I got my money back..AVOID THIS PLACE.

I went to drive thru October 6th we ordered got to the window the lady working the window was very rude she was telling us what they was out of and as my husband was asking for something she rudely said sir no we out of everything and shout the window before he could get anything out but the food was great

Customer service was unacceptable. You pay a price for food but customer service is priceless. It really makes people not return. It's really sad. They had no tea no condiments. When I ask what they have she said nothing and shut the windows in my face.

I ordered shrimp and chicken strips. The chicken strips were very good but the shrimp left a lot to be desired. The employees were nice, however the drive-through was "yelling", which could have been equipment problems, and I feel could have been handled better by simply asking the customers to pull up to the window to order.

I ordered two take out plates today and when my order was ready, I asked for two forks and the servers said that she could not give me the forks because I wasn't eating in. Now that's a problem with me. They have my money and won't give me a fork to eat with. Well, I won't be going back. We need to stop paying and letting companies take our money and give us very bad service.

My husband ordered inside. After receiving his order, my husband was refused eating utensils. He asked for forks and was told by staffer ..." I can't give you forks. They are reserved for patrons who eat inside. My husband reminded her that he just spent $27 dollars and can't get a fork. What am I suppose to do...eat with my hands?

This is 3rd time going up there with the girls up front being as rude as they can be... I'm not talking just a little attitude I'm talking like I was bothering her to ask for anything... I nearly asked for a refund but knew it would turn into the law being called... Hey guys you are there and have an income because of customers!!!!!! If you don't want to work the quit and go do whatever in the hell will make your nasty attitude better..... I tried my best and kept my cool and was still nice but u can bet I won't go back until a new mngr cleans it up and changes attitudes there.... This place can't last much longer like this and it will suck to lose it but at the same time I truly understand why when it does..... This same big ole black girl that was smacking her lips and dragging her feet everyone she was asked for something was almost abusive with her words too an elderly couple... I was at a loss ..I know folks have bad days but these two girls are really idiots that will kill this place and it will be toooo damn bad for the owner because he or she is doing absolutely nothing to fix the service the cleanliness and the god awful sticky floors......

Starting with full disclosure: my frustration lies not with the evening shift team but squarely with upper management. Here's the breakdown: 1. DoorDash listed the wrong restaurant – it's Captain D's, not Catfish Kitchen. 2. Upon arrival, my order wasn't prepared because of inadequate prep work. 3. They were out of practically everything! 4. Despite evening shift requests, the main office refuses to cooperate with their requests to restock items for the evening rush.
