Chase is the rudest person in the drive tru line. I’ve had multiple run ins with him where all he is concerned about is moving the line. He’s not nice. He doesn’t want to upsell ever and he’s got the rudest attitude. If I hadn’t been stuck in the line with cones I would have left. The food is wonderful but I’ll continue to choose to go somewhere else over him even being around me to take my order.

Best place to eat chicken in Thomasville. The place was absolutely packed yet I still got my food within 5 minutes of ordering, and the manager was walking around asking if anyone needed anything.
After waiting in line for about 30 minutes, they got my bag wrong. The Bacon, egg, and cheese. The bacon was floppy, and the egg was not hot. I wanted a chicken biscuit anyway. Couldn't wait in line again to fix the issue.

Can you guys fix that GIANT CRATER that’s right on the entrance? Everytime I forget it’s there it messes my car up. I feel like it’s a safety hazard, and a potential liability.

Absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Very dirty inside, bathrooms were disgusting and the food was not good either. We were there tonight which is Saturday and it was really slow but still couldn't even get our drinks after we ordered. Everyone in there was very rude and when we tried to get refills to go the rudely said they through all the tea out because they close at 9:00. Then one of the employees very rudely yelled out if anyone wanted any drinks before the shut the fountain off. It was right at 9:00 not like we kept them super late and there were 3 or 4 other groups still eating in there. Chick-fil-A usually has the most respectful employees but this location in Thomasville Georgia is definitely not like any other one.
