Called the store in Thomasville, my delivery person, Francise, had soup spilled all over my porch. The Manager Cassie said there was nothing they could do and I would have to call Door Dash. The bag was NOT sealed, and I refuse to eat it. What a mess! I will never order again from Chicken Salad Chick in Thomasville GA.

Food was good. Was a little disappointed that they were out of the dill chicken salad i wanted to try. But what I got was good. They offer a senior discount if you ask.
The did is always pretty tasty. The service is just about always as if they really do care if you came in or not. Which is sad because CSC, has a good reputation for being at least sociable. But if it were their business operation, I feel they would talk it up a bit.

Sandwich seemed a little light on chicken salad but good over all. Coworkers had to nuke their croissants because they were hard but they said it was good also.

Watched the girl in the back drop my container of chicken salad on the floor. It took her longer than normal to pick it up, so I’m praying she didn’t scrape any back into the container as I suspected.When they tried to pack it up, I asked her point blank about it. She confirmed she dropped it. The girl working the register told her to redo it. To which I’m absolutely certain she just dumped in a new container and handed back.I’ll trash it. And never eat at this establishment again.
