Chicken Salad Chick

Whoever worked the drive through today was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I was told just some bread and Cheese was $10 for just the sandwich. I simply said take it off and this girl runs and said “omgggg this lady said forget it” If you can’t take something off nicely quit your job. Just lazy workers.

We recently had a catering service delivered to our Archbold Emergency Department Nurses for EMERGENCY NURSES WEEK. So extremely disappointed. First visit. Went through the drive through planning to try it out. I got a scoop. It was right at $10. The scoop is smaller than the half dollar size cookie.
$10! For a tablespoon scoop. You have to be joking! This is ridiculous. How are they still in business? Our small community being taken advantage of by businesses like this is appalling. They are charging nearly what a big meal costs. This is stupid crazy. Definitely will not ever be back. If you need a meal and have a family and are working hard for your money just go buy a can of chicken , mayo, and whatever you want to add in you will be able to have 3 x the amount you get here. Had I not been in a hurry to get back to my work I would have looked in the tray and returned it then and there. Ridiculous!

Called the store in Thomasville, my delivery person, Francise, had soup spilled all over my porch. The Manager Cassie said there was nothing they could do and I would have to call Door Dash. The bag was NOT sealed, and I refuse to eat it. What a mess! I will never order again from Chicken Salad Chick in Thomasville GA.

Food was good. Was a little disappointed that they were out of the dill chicken salad i wanted to try. But what I got was good. They offer a senior discount if you ask.

The did is always pretty tasty. The service is just about always as if they really do care if you came in or not. Which is sad because CSC, has a good reputation for being at least sociable. But if it were their business operation, I feel they would talk it up a bit.
