Today is my grandson's 7th birthday and he's a big fan of Church's. I placed a last minute order for his classroom birthday party. They went out of their way to make it happen not only was it hot and ready. It was DELICIOUS AND HOT!!! When he saw the bags from Church's his face looked just like this 🤩🤩 lol .THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE STAFF THAT CHIPPED IN TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE

Vegetarian options: I myself is vegan but I will eat there mash potatoes, corn and fries. They also have plenty of sides that vegetarian can eat

Truly about the best chicken there is. Always perfectly cooked, and always hot, juicy and very tasty--as are all the sides. My only complaint for many years was how terribly slow the service was--even though they were very friendly and helpful. But in the last year or more, they have gotten so much better. On last Wednesday, November 24th, the service--with multiple cars in the drive-thru--was faster than Chick-fil-A! I asked the woman at the window if it's usually that fast these days and she said "If I am here it is.!" She is a superstar and should be promoted to area manager at the least. I wish I had gotten her name. Love this place.

Inconsistent. My husband and I went around 1400 hours in the afternoon. Perfect chicken! Not greasy, just hot and so juicy! The biscuit on point. The fries were so crispy-soft. The staff is PERFECT!

We went later that evening, and the staff was dragging, the chicken was greasy and sticky to clean up, the biscuit was old; not the same vibe.

The last two times that I visited (the most recent being yesterday about 3:30), the young lady in drive-thru was the absolute best. She greeted me pleasantly at the speaker before suggesting a meal. I could hear the smile in her voice. I placed my order drove around. She greeted me at the window and told me my total again. She offered condiments and made sure my order was correct. I'm not sure if she was management, but if not, she should be. Thank you for those great customer service experiences.

I haven't eaten here since high school. We're having our 25th high school reunion this year to give you an idea on how long it's been. This is one of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time :)

Absolutely the worst drive through ever. We have tried to order at the drive through on 3 different occasions at 8:15 and 8:30 and they won’t take the orders. They don’t close until 9:00, but doors locked at 8:15.
