We had a great experience at Cici’s for our birthday party. We were checked on several times and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone in our group found something they liked, and there was plenty of fresh pizza coming out and the buffet stayed full the entire time. We highly recommend it for an easy and fun celebration.

I don't think I can value this place as a pizza buffet restaurant. There are in store more game machines than in many an arcade, and they're very noisy to allow you to enjoy a pizza meal. So they are a gaming arcade that also makes pizza, maybe? Their pizza itself is not standard quality, some are good and some are overloaded with heavy sauces. Their prices are rock bottom, yet not really cheaper than anyone else once all considered. Order and cleanliness suffer, when compared to other buffet restaurants. If their pizza was a standard dependable quality and the store was not so unpleasant to be in, because of all those noisy gaming machines, I should most certainly visit more often and rate them much higher.

Very friendly staff. More than 15 varieties of pizza to choose from. Will prepare special orders if we what you want wasn't on the bar. Also choosing 2 types of pasta with sauce, a salad bar, and a dessert bar. Great place for b-day parties

My husband and I went today for the first time and we had a great experience. From the salad bar and 8 different types of pizzas . They also had a good looking pasta bar but it was too filling for us. Our salad was great and so was the pizza. The staff was fantastic and the place was really clean and open feeling. We will definitely be back again soon.

Got here around 7 on a Thursday night. Almost no pizza on the line. We ordered a pizza and waited about 45 mins just for the buzzer to never go off and to find out they just put it out on the line. I asked the manager what the point of the buzzer was and got no explanation. Place got extremely busy and there were never more than a couple pizzas out. Would not recommend.

Asked for an Alfredo pepperoni pizza when I first got here. 20 minutes later I go and ask. They had given it to someone else. The buzzer never buzzed. 10 minutes later I watch as they place the pizza out for rhe buffet. Again the buzzer did not buzz. If I had not been watching then I would have not gotten the pizza yet again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I hardly ever do google reviews unless I am left highly impressed by a restaurant. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. They were constantly asking if we had any requests for pizza at the buffet. There were employees walking around picking up your plates and asking if you needed anything. The pizza was fresh and delicious. The bathrooms were also clean as well as the dining area. I will most certainly be coming back to bring the whole family. I was very pleased! Keep up the great work!
