The female manager over night has a nasty attitude the food was cold and old paid 30$ for nothing they to sorry to cook the food fresh so they give u old food in the warmer just sad never again will I waist my money on them better getting DQ from out of town
After ordering a birthday cake online for my great niece for $28.99, not only was the cake not ready on time, but the store manager decided to let her mother know that there was a price increase when it was time to pick up the cake that was BEFORE the date that I ordered the cake online
Now, if there was a price increase, shouldn’t it have reflected on the price of the cake that I ordered? Or at least HONOR the price I was quoted. However, they refused to honor the price of the cake from my confirmation email and then they gave her a cake from the freezer that was not prepared to the specifications that I requested a full HOUR later than the pick up time
The manager acted like she was in such a hurry, and she didn’t have time or patience to deal with the issue or to even discuss it. The Service members behind the counter, didn’t want to bother with the issue either and and it showed in the way that they decorated the cake.
I have to say that if it wasn’t already my niece’s birthday and she wasn’t already looking forward to this ice cream cake I would have gone anywhere else to get her a cake and made sure I never went back to this Dairy Queen again!!!!!

BETTER STAFF(maybe quit talking about their personal lives and listen to the speaker while customer is ordering this is the second time we went through there and they did not have the correct order and it was repeated at speaker by because and was told to drive forward and we get up there and not enough food and third time having the wrong food.nThen the whole staff has bad attitudes and sorry lazy demeanor. you have one adult and bunch of kids and not even responsible ones. Every time we talk to the Manager she starts making excuses so she acts like a child herself. When I was growing up Mr. Davis and Brenda ran a restaurant worth waiting in line for but kids can be taught but making excuses enables them even more either train or Don't be in management. I have been in management most of my life and all different areas and it all comes down to the same basic concepts I had 3 stores at one time and 2 of which was full of kids but they ran and worked like young adults its all in what you tolerate and train and yes you may have to short staffed i did during covid but the ones who still wanted a way of living got it together its a way of life. Managers have had this struggle for years now and in fact I use to go in a store as Gm was being let go fix it and fire and hire and retrain current staff and then train new manager and hand it over and on to the next store. It can be done another words and most can be taught it's how well versed the leadership skills are so please address staffing the rest will fall into place because a good manager will pay attention to their people and will know how differently people learn and will have enough pride in their job to teach and train and show them correct etiquette and pass that on. This will help them in all aspects of life and set y'all up for success, it's a TEAM GOAL. Keep in mind you won't find qualified people for nothing but taking that one leap can pay off quickly and multiply more than you can imagine.
Just ordered and got to the park to sit and eat. Both mine and my Girls milkshakes were delicious but the thing that stood out the most was our burgers not only were they wonderful but the appearance shocked me. It literally looked like you see them on the commercial and drive through signs. The double bacon ranch burger and original double cheeseburger. Wonderful service. Your company is getting better with your FAN FOOD

The middle age white female open the window, handed me the blizzard, took my Visa card and shut the window just and she opened it. With a frown on her face like she was ticked off! So I set there a minute and she opened the window the same way and looked at me.. Nicely I asked do y’all not still have the senior sprite anymore? BECAUSE I ordered one but she wasn’t the one that took my order. SHE said sarcastically ..Yes.. it wasn’t on the board ! All you have to do is ask!! Rudely!!!
All I could do was drive off to keep from telling her what I think about her CS.. she wasn’t friendly last Friday!! I spend $15 every Friday after school there but I told my grandson that we would be going somewhere else!! It’s not a lot of money but every little bit adds up!! Word of mouth is worth more than $60 a month!!
I don’t know who owns this franchise but I hope it’s the person reading w!! I would want to know!!!
