Dominoes always hits the spot. But this pizza lacked flavor as weird as that sounds. Looked great and service was top notch but. It didn’t taste like Dominoes usually does. Very weird. But I would give it another chance. Maybe they just forgot some seasoning.

Ordered online an hour before I went to pickup. Arrived and they said it was going to be another hour or longer. Said they refunded but couldn’t print out a receipt to show the refund Where is the owner or the manager? They need to get some people hired and trained correctly. I run multiple QSR locations and would not want to turn down $100 tickets…

Delivery driver forgot part of my order and was SUPER unapologetic about it. Pizza Hut (maybe pizza cut-out-part-of-the-order) help line was horrible. BE PREPARED FOR missing items and lack of customer service. Never again.

My friend and I have been seeing the new commercials on TV and a friend called & said, let's try it. I had not eaten at Domino's since I was probably a teen, & I'm 49. I went through the drive thru to pick it up. Ordered a pan pizza, that's only offered in medium size & some hot wings. It was so good when we sat down to eat about 40 mins or so later. I didn't warm anything up and I can't imagine how it was hot! The service on the phone placing the order was super friendly and patient. I pull up and the guy at the window was also super polite. They offered paper plates and napkins even! The only problem I ran into on the phone online was trying to place the order, I have straight talk and the carrier and trying to order online, evidently has issues sometimes. But great customer service on the phone, the old fashioned way and in person, great pizza and hot wings. It looks like for my friend and I, Domino's is back in the game.
Thanks to the fill in Manger that helped me out today. I had my grandson's birthday party at his school. And they were one of the places that helped me make it a success.
