I've been a District Manager in QSR for 25 years, I was visiting Thomasville for the holidays , and have been receiving poor service the whole visit. But when I went to Dunkin this morning the young lady who took my order reminded me , why we are in the hospitality industry, I had a very delightful visit, and I'm planing to relocate to the area I will be a customer, thank you for the great hospitality this morning.

Dunkin’ is really going downhill. I got a Halloween donut last week that tasted old, but I didn’t complain. I went back today and ordered a bagel—it took forever, and when I finally got it, it was cold, tasted stale, and wasn’t even toasted. Am I tripping, or did they used to toast their bagels? The workers should take into consideration that people are spending good money on their food. The bagel alone was about $4. I’ll just go to Walmart next time.

I love going to Dunkin' Donuts every time I go. I get a frozen coffee and a muffin. My wife gets stuffed too. We sit there and eat. It's a friendly atmosphere of the people who are friendly and I recommend it to anybody.

Drinks were awful after a 25 min wait with no whipped cream and sweetness
Every time I go my coffee is made differently. I always get a frozen coffee, and most of the time I cant even drink it because it has huge ice chunks in it. I used to work at a coffee shop and it doesn’t take 30 seconds to blend these drinks. This is just pure laziness
