Really appreciated the fast and friendly service.

I had my son’s graduation dinner at Ella B’s, and my family had nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. Our personal waitress Nikki (w/o the fade.. inside joke..lol) was nothing short of phenomenal. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. Managing a large party can sometimes be tedious, but Nikki provided great customer service through it all, with a smile.. Mr. Mac made sure everyone was well fed, and he too made our experience a good one.. Special thanks to Ms. Brianna. She made sure my catering needs were met, and she too always provided good customer service. Thank you Ella B’s for making my son’s graduation party a memorable time!! (Mrs. J.W)

We made "late" reservations for our large party on Mother's Day. If I'm being 100% honest, I was expecting subpar service but was just hoping the food was at least decent. And that expectation had NOTHING to do with Ella B's personally, but it's just become the "norm" in the Dallas food scene. Let's just say I was PLEASANTLY surprised. We arrived and were IMMEDIATELY greeted. We were shown to a high top table within minutes of checking in. I requested a low table because everyone in our party is short 🤣. We were accommodated quickly. Our Waitress Nique was EXCEPTIONAL! She was familiar with the menu, personable, and thorough. She set the expectation by letting us know what wasn't available, (we were the last seating on a Sunday, we expected them to be out of things, so it wasn't a problem) took our orders in a timely fashion and brought back drinks quickly. Our food was impressive! We had a small issue with ONE plate. ONE out of 11 with a PACKED Mother's Day crowd. The manager came promptly, apologized and rectified it immediately. It was seriously minor, but the way it was handled said A LOT about the expectation of the owner and management. I've been looking for a restaurant with great food and service for a while. As a former restaurant owner, it made my heart smile and was the perfect mother's day gift 🙂 I will definitely be back.

They are slow and prices are way too high and they are not very friendly. It was a much better place before someone else bought it. It totally sucks.

Disappointed that my food was not served to me on a crane.

I stood in line and ordered two breakfasts. The woman wrote me two tickets! I stood in line at the register. When the cashier rang it up each ticket had both breakfasts listed. I told the cashier that I had two meals, not four! The cashier told me I had to go back to the restaurant and get the woman there to fix it. I pointed out there were only two breakfasts and I had already stood in line twice. She stated " That is your problem, not mine I just ring them up. I left them on the counter! I will not waste my time or spend any money here again! She actually wanted me to pay double or go stand in line for a third time! I wonder how much money her attitude costs this place?

Travel Center fuel stop, with fast food menu. Pizza available, also. Showers, game room, tv room. Chapel (gospel) onsite. I believe i saw a tire shop but not certain if general repairs beyond tire work. Small- medium parking for trucks.
