The service is always friendly and food always great. We travel for work and this is the best Firehouse we have been to in a long time. The ladies working tonight were exceptionally wonderful. Good job!

Very friendly staff. One sandwich was wrong but they didn’t hesitate to make a new one, were very apologetic and extremely nice! Great group of young people working there!

I hope everyone here is happy and I hope they get treated well because I only went in for lunch and was met with the greatest tasting sub I’ve ever had. I wasn’t expecting to be so happy with lunch today. I definitely know to tip next time I go in. they all deserve a raise.

There's no beating a Firehouse sandwich!!!

There is not enough staff (3 people on the line), and those who are working don’t seem to be too concerned with time. It took over half an hour after ordering to receive our food. I think they averaged 10 minutes per order. And it wasn’t very crowded. We typically trust Firehouse to provide good food quickly but am horribly disappointed here.
