Very friendly staff. One sandwich was wrong but they didn’t hesitate to make a new one, were very apologetic and extremely nice! Great group of young people working there!

All around great place. Very courteous. Me n my dad went to eat there and they accomodated him being unable to walk.food was great too...lil pricey but worth it....

I hope everyone here is happy and I hope they get treated well because I only went in for lunch and was met with the greatest tasting sub I’ve ever had. I wasn’t expecting to be so happy with lunch today. I definitely know to tip next time I go in. they all deserve a raise.

There is not enough staff (3 people on the line), and those who are working don’t seem to be too concerned with time. It took over half an hour after ordering to receive our food. I think they averaged 10 minutes per order. And it wasn’t very crowded. We typically trust Firehouse to provide good food quickly but am horribly disappointed here.

We ordered dinner for the family at 8pm, door dash waited 20 mins. on my order at 9 I get a notification the order was cancelled! I will not recommend in the future

Scheduled an order for pick up. Order wasn't ready until 25 minutes after scheduled time. Workers were very kind but an order shouldn't take 25 minutes to come out after the scheduled time.
