Overall experience was split between my family members regarding the food. Half loves the chicken the way it is served, the other half said that if the chicken had bones that Guthrie's would be the busiest chicken place wherever they had a restaurant.

The staff was very considerate, but the atmosphere is nothing to write home about..... back to the food, enjoyed it very much along with two other mouths, yet there were three other mouths that said, we want good ol' fried chicken, bones and all!

Very attractive staff. Always a plus. Good chicken and cheaper than Zaxby's. Bigger chicken fingers.

The food was good but the girl at the front acts like she doesn’t know why she’s there. Definitely need to hire some people and let at least one go if they want better business.

I can see why this place is rated so low. They were out of Guthrie's sauce. Out of coleslaw and they don't have Diet Coke. The fries and tenders were cooked in old grease because they were so brown and had an old grease taste. The floor itself was greasy too. My sister almost busted her butt on the slick floor just going to the bathroom. Service was friendly. Management needs to be fired if they can't keep products in stock.

The chicken fingers were fresh like if I would have made them at home and the dipp for them was really good I would definitely recommend this place of your a fingers person

Walked in this afternoon & the lady who took mine & my boyfriends order was very friendly.. We ordered our food, and noticed a couple who was giving us terrible looks.. and comes to find out the boy was the cook.. he took his time leaving his gf to go make our food. Now knowing he works there, he was absolutely inappropriate with his gf while on the clock, and not friendly at all. Me and boyfriend couldn’t even sit down because the place was very nasty & the tables were not clean. I wanted to get a refund instantly.. We got our food & noticed my boyfriend did not have any sauce or toast in his box.. we had to come back in and then we asked what was the cooks name.. later identified as “Chris”. Chris was so worried about making out with his girlfriend instead of getting orders complete. We went $25 dollars on terrible chicken, and just a terrible experience. We will not be coming back.. & The word will get shared!! The chicken is terribly dry and the food was not put together properly at all! so disappointed.
