I placed order online and arrived at restaurant to pick up order. Restaurant closed down but was still charged for food without even receiving it. If you close down a restaurant, try turning off online orders. Refund please

Dirty. Floor so sticky and thick with dirt, clearly tables don’t get cleaned. Not a single clean table to sit at. Had to wait 30 min for our food (bc of the swap from breakfast to lunch) and food was MILDLY warm. Literally the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to and when our food was ready the cashier said AYE YO FOOD READY

I gave Hardees all stars Because one person made that happen during my experience. there is this one lady that works in the Hardee’s of Thomasville, Georgia named Christian. I don’t know if it’s with a C or K but she has the mindset of management and she made sure that the other workers got the food out in time to the customers not only did she have good customer service but she also was well groomed and have her shirt tucked in and very professional so if it’s not a problem, if you all are looking for management, then she is your girl

Ordered the grilled sausage egg and cheese egg was dry cheese wasn't melted the tater tots things was like they were from the day before they were not fresh cooked they were almost black looking and was nasty I could not even eat them they were horrible ate part of the sandwich paying over $8 I was very mad an upset I couldn't take it back at that time or I differently would have... They should owe me a meal... My go to Everytime I want breakfast food from town I was very disappointed... Them little tater tots at 7:30 in the morning should have been nice and brown and fresh Hardee's don't start going down hill again cause yall were better then Micky dees, and Burger King and Wendy's ....a mgr. There needs to make my meal right and fresh.... A upset REG costumer

I visit this restaurant from time to time there was a black lady there by the name of Tiffany I think she was the manager all i can is Wow very bubbly and friendly i really enjoyed seeing someone in mangement that seems to care about a restaurant you dont get that very much nowadays I will definitely be back with my family if she’s there the food was hot and fresh I can tell

I visit the N. Ashley St. location (Valdosta, GA) several times a week for breakfast. Miss Tanya and her crew are always busy, but make time for their customers. Keeping with the Hardee’s tradition, the biscuits are off the chain, by far the best in town!
