Ordered my food through Uber eats for me to pick up. Got there they wouldn't let anyone in told me to go through drive through when it says on ap not to. Said only 3 people working. Sat in drive through for over 30 minutes and never got to the window to get my food. Left and went to waffle house. This is not the first time staff did not show up for work. Something obviously needs to be done. They either have no manager or a really bad one. I would give zero stars if I could.

I didn't mark food or atmosphere as we never had the chance to order any thing. As we drove up, 2 of your staff were outside doing hair. We waiting at the drive thru for almost 5 minutes. We drove away and saw the individuals with Hardee's shirt. When asking if the restaurant was open they both stated it was closed but entered into the restaurant and began to work. This was at 9:08 am.

The young lady in the back preparing sandwiches is loud and rude. I came in and the front cashier said hello, I smiled and said hello back. There is no one in the restaurant but I had to wait 5 minutes to tell them I had a mobile order, which wasn’t ready even though I placed the order 20 minutes ahead. The front cashier told the person in the back that she needed my sandwich to which the back person said “tell her I ain’t got no more” then the front person says she’s standing here and then the back person says I don’t care and throws my sandwich on the food warmer tray. After all of that my order was wrong and my hash items were soggy and tasted like spoiled grease. I asked for the correct order and there was more attitude from the person in the back. Every time I go here it’s drama, foolishness and an unpleasant environment. I won’t be back!

Poor service 6-7-2025, sat in drive thru for over 47 minutes then get to window an the employee wants to argue about what I ordered an asked if I could wait for my order to be cooked. Never again at this Hardee's will I spend my money employees yelling at each other, an she even rolled her eyes at me an threw her hand up at me. We also watched 20 vehicles leave cause of the long wait.

Do not order online!!! They will not get the order correct and refuse to substitute if they are out of something. They will tell you you have to go through the app for any problems and then customer service only wants to send you a coupon, which I was told they do not accept at this location. Overall, this location is terrible and they refuse to help customers when there is a problem.

Cashier was extremely rude. Asked for coffee creamer, and cashier acted like it really bothered her. Her attitude was terrible. We will not be eating here again.
Waited in line 15 minutes for the line, not even move. Several people drove off and there was only one car at the window. It wasn’t a line. There was a gap between the speaker in the window. Apparently they only take one order at a time if you go, make sure you have plenty of time on your hands

This is by far the worst Hardee's drive thru I believe I've ever been in. For the 15 to 20 minutes I was there about 7 to 8 cars just left from waiting .. The menu board was never changed over for breakfast and the girl working there would not acknowledge you to take your order, so I pull up to the window and sit there another 4 to five minutes and watched her move like she had concrete in her shoes, about 3 folks in the back working and not one came to the window, just looked at me like I'll get you when I get you. No way it will stay open again like this. They reopened around 3 to 4 months ago and should have it together by now. This is my 3rd try and will be my last...

Tables are always 70 out of 100% dirty n I’ve been coming here a long time esp for breakfast n the elderly use to flock here but now its a ghost town n the staff doesn’t respond well to customers today n most days I’ve been here lately.
A staff member came inside from the side door near the drive through n she locked the door n on the door is a sign that says broken use other door, so a young woman got her baby out of her car in a carry all came to that door n no one went to try to assist her instead they said “ is she with you” to me because I went to get to help her n I said no but she is carrying an infant n needs help. They made her walk all the way around the building just to order.
The man behind the counter p said well can’t she read the sign that door is broken, I laughed because the staff member just came in that door perfectly fine n locked it. Regardless it worked enough they could have helped for that moment.
The atmosphere in this place has diminished to the point I don’t want to eat here n that’s sad as I’ve always enjoyed biscuit n gravy with sausage. Now they have a sign out that stated due to egg shortage, all eggs will be folded instead of fried? What does that even mean. The Hardee’s in my home town serves grits n don’t have that sign up n I live about 20-25 miles from Thomasville.
I’m really disheartened by the mannerism of the staff n the attitudes when serving others in this business.
I love music also but gospel full throttle that I can’t hear my self think at the counter.
I won’t be back to this business.
