This is by far the worst Hardee's drive thru I believe I've ever been in. For the 15 to 20 minutes I was there about 7 to 8 cars just left from waiting .. The menu board was never changed over for breakfast and the girl working there would not acknowledge you to take your order, so I pull up to the window and sit there another 4 to five minutes and watched her move like she had concrete in her shoes, about 3 folks in the back working and not one came to the window, just looked at me like I'll get you when I get you. No way it will stay open again like this. They reopened around 3 to 4 months ago and should have it together by now. This is my 3rd try and will be my last...

Love there breakfast and the older man in there is very nice and will do anything for his customers/ not sure his name but he usually opens in the morning and working the drive

Tables are always 70 out of 100% dirty n I’ve been coming here a long time esp for breakfast n the elderly use to flock here but now its a ghost town n the staff doesn’t respond well to customers today n most days I’ve been here lately.
A staff member came inside from the side door near the drive through n she locked the door n on the door is a sign that says broken use other door, so a young woman got her baby out of her car in a carry all came to that door n no one went to try to assist her instead they said “ is she with you” to me because I went to get to help her n I said no but she is carrying an infant n needs help. They made her walk all the way around the building just to order.
The man behind the counter p said well can’t she read the sign that door is broken, I laughed because the staff member just came in that door perfectly fine n locked it. Regardless it worked enough they could have helped for that moment.
The atmosphere in this place has diminished to the point I don’t want to eat here n that’s sad as I’ve always enjoyed biscuit n gravy with sausage. Now they have a sign out that stated due to egg shortage, all eggs will be folded instead of fried? What does that even mean. The Hardee’s in my home town serves grits n don’t have that sign up n I live about 20-25 miles from Thomasville.
I’m really disheartened by the mannerism of the staff n the attitudes when serving others in this business.
I love music also but gospel full throttle that I can’t hear my self think at the counter.
I won’t be back to this business.

I can't leave a star for atmosphere, but the service was awful. The drive through menu wasn't available and a single employee had to come out and manually turn it around. That said, someone used my debit card number immediately after I left at Sonnys Barbeque in Thomasville, on Thursday March 20 after 4 pm so it had to be the employee working. I've contacted my bank as it's clearly fraud and punishable by law. To top it off, they have a non functioning phone line when I tried to call the store this morning. If the manager cares about this, leave a contact number under this review.

Everyone there needs to be fired tried to grab some lunch today 3/3/25 12pm employees where arguing in front of customers no one would cook the food I waited 30 mins for my food absolutely a joke this place

Ordered the breakfast platter. Got fries instead of hashbrowns and no gravy. Worst service ever
Both the restrooms were absolutely disgusting, and toilets and urinals were backed up.. dinning floors was greasy. I can't imagine what the kitchen looked like. Soda was absolutely flat

Placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru this morning and after sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, they told me I had to pick my order up inside. I pulled into a parking spot and walked to the door on the drive thru side only find it locked so I had to walk all the way around the building to get inside. What’s the point of placing a mobile order if you have to get out and go inside anyway? It will be a while before I come back here!!!

Ordered a Frisco Burger combo-no tomato. Had tomato on burger. I called and the manager had the nerve to get pissy with me. I have the receipt and your nasty food with tomato on it! Really?! Thomasville you need to do better!!!

The fries were hot yum, mushroom Swiss was refrigerator cold. Mushroom and gravy were very cold and when it’s cold there is no flavor. The cheese didn’t even have any melt onto the burger. I wonder how long the burger sat before we came in for lunch. Sorry Hardees Fail for us today!
