I paid $30 for my food and I didn't receive my cup of tea or my cheese cake I want my refund.

sadly they went up on there prices and no longer have the deal for lunch with the catfish so i wont beable to afford to eat there any more

This place has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. Waited In line for 30 minutes! Please spend your money elsewhere. Kids working and management sucks

I guess since they installed a new "old and busted" menu board, that it justifies more money for less food. What a shame. Time to find a new place to get lunch

Horrible customer service, rude and unfriendly, over priced and over cooked.

Used to think this place was really good but we went tonight and ordered catfish nuggets and when we got home we had chicken nuggets. When I called them they wanted me to bring the chicken nuggets back up there and they would cook us some catfish nuggets but there would be an additional charge because they cost more. For one, I’m in Camilla now I’m not about to drive back to Thomasville to get what I asked for in the first place and pay additional money. Idc if catfish nuggets do cost more money. Secondly, I guess somebody else was fixing to get a deal on some chicken nuggets. Wouldn’t waste my time going up there.

Poor customer service services very slow

Doesn't make sense, you have loyal customers coming paying top dollar for your meals. And you have the audacity to serve burnt dried up or re-fried food.
Especially the livers and gizzards. In the future just tell your customers your out of fresh food and will have to wait on some freshly cooked food. I'm sure they would choose to wait then to be served yesterday's leftovers. Folks it's time to stop complaining and do something about it. The owner in Thomasville,ga should be ashame.

The fish was discusting, the onion rings were over cooked and hard, but the okra was really good. It was a long wait, with only 4 people ahead of me. A definite miss, ( except for the okra.) Plus with a drink it was $20.

Vegetarian options: Fried okra was great!

Best chicken I've ever had. Great spices and wonderful fries. Staff are friendly and remember people.

Edit: Since my initial review, the restaurant has changed hands twice. Prices have almost doubled for most items on the menu even 4 years after the pandemic. The service here is awful. Being treated like I'm inconveniencing them because I ordered food. Giving them my card to pay, it was I was a POS for using a card. Not to mention that they upcharge for using a card instead of cash. I would not recommend here souly based on the lack of customer service.
