It's a little hole-in-the-wall but don't let that put you off. The fare is simple but tasty. I just had a couple of cheese dogs. The staff were nice, but could have used a couple of extra bodies behind the counter to speed things along. I honestly think they need to find a larger space with a more adequate kitchen and storage.
I've been telling myself I need to try this place for the last 10 years whenever I would drive by around lunch and the parking lot was packed. I finally did it, and I'm glad I did. The chili-cheese-slaw dogs were very good, I wish I had asked for loaded tots too. The slaw was probably the best I have ever had on a dog that I didn't make myself. Service was good and the atmosphere was fitting for a hot dog joint.
We had a burger, cheese steak, sweet fries, and onion rings and everything was DELICIOUS! We would like to stop by when we come through next time.
We spent right under $50 for four entrees, fries, and drinks. It wasn’t cheap but it was too expensive. We love supporting a smaller place like this instead of chain restaurants.
