The absolute worst service. Our waitress was friendly. But the actual service was awful. She asked if we needed a few minutes to order. We said yes. After more than 10 mins I had to walk to the counter to inform her we ready a long time ago. Once we ordered we watched her walk by us several times without a glance in our direction to see if we needed anything. We had to ask for drink refills. The food was good but the scrambled eggs were watery. It took over 30 minutes to receive our order. There was only one other table occupied during our visit.

We were sitted right in front of.our server . We were the only.ones on our side!! For 30 minutess No drink witness. Food order or any contact by wItress. Three couples sat down. She was right on the spot with the drink order and then taking food order ! As I type this she still hasn't acknowledged us. If there was a 0 score Thomasville Ga would get it! .

Worst Service Ever. Spent $60, had worse ser I e ever. Waitress took drink and food order. Brought everything, we had to ask for everything additional instead of her asking if we needed anything else. Ne er came back to the table to the end of our meal to clear plates. Never refilled drinks or coffee. Waited 20 minutes to pay our bill, the lady who finally came to take our payment looked at me as I was stupid when I explained about our service treatment and said to me I'm worse than her that's why today's my last day

Do not eat here got my food cold. My syrup was out and I asked for some more they told me no we don't have anymore. I asked them to remake my food since it was cold the waitress said the kitchen doesn't remake food I could pay and leave. I waited on my food for 40 mins. When I was walking to my car the woman yelled at me if you can't tip don't go out asshole.

This IHOP was slammed with all the evacutees that fled Florida's Hurricane Milton (October 2024), and they only had one cook. We waited about 30 minutes for a table. But the food was great, the service was great, prices are reasonable. Kudos for a job well done and PS: We love the quaint town & people of Thomasville, GA.
