I spent 18.61 on Saturday for a large sub and returned on Monday 11/11/2024. The first sub was great. However, I wish the employees would stop touching the register then touch your food. Sanitation is VITAL.

Monday 11/11/2024 I ordered the pastrami or whatever that meant is. I arrived for work to later eat for lunch. The meat was spoiled and smells pungent. I was so dissapointed.

YOU RAISE YOUR PRICES BUT YOU DON'T DELIVER QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS AN ISSUE I WITNESS FAR TOO MANY TIMES. PLEASE PLACE A SIGN UP AND INFORM YOUR EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS (AFTER) EACH ORDER THEY MAKE AND/OR HIRE AN EMPLOYEE TO SIMPLY WORK THE REGISTER AND NOT BE AROUND THE FOOD PREPARATION. IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SAW THIS THEY WOULD CITE YOU. PREPARE "FRESH" AND HEALTHY FOOD. I WILL BE RETURNING MY SPOILED FOOD.

I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony and Tyson a few weeks back when I visited the Jersey Mikes. The service and food were awesome then and It is Amazing today as well. I have never been to any other Jersey Mikes establishment and had this level of friendliness and care. I am so glad I chose this location. Your staff is amazing. Food was amazing. I had the number 56. Lord this is my new fave. Thank you two guys for the great experience. I Took the picture deliberately leaving the employees out.

I have used this shop for on line orders multiple times. I placed an on line order around 10:45 this morning for one sub for it to come out at 12:30. I got to this shop after 12:30 and my sub was out. I was in the for 45 minutes for any employee to acknowledge me being there and to get my sub out. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using this shop again.

Love this location! All of the staff members are very nice and do a great job with everything. The last few years, I've had some really poor experiences with fast/casual restaurants, either forgetting food or condiments or assembling things incorrectly... that's why I really appreciate this JM location, I don't have to worry about any of the above happening here. They do a great job at making everything just how it's ordered/the orders are always fulfilled properly and everything requested is included. The portion sizes are always plentiful as well. With how much food costs have increased, other restaurants seem as if the portions have shrunk in size, but at this JM, the meat/cheese portions are still quite substantial. Recently, too, there was a newer employee there who I noticed actually took a bit of extra time to rearrange the meats/cheese on my sandwich before placing the top piece of bread onto it, to ensure that it actually looked nice too... I really appreciated that!

Something else I love about this location too is that, when not super busy, the staff members always try to have a chat with me while they're working on orders - that makes me feel appreciated. Some of the younger guys there, just to preface *while still being very professional and paying attention to the customers*, I've noticed sometimes they'll have a touch of light-hearted banter amongst themselves, which I love seeing - big smiles, having fun and enjoying their jobs/coworkers and interacting with the customers. I cannot emphasize enough how awesome this is! There are so many places you go nowadays where the staff seems like they loathe their jobs/coworkers/customers... it is so refreshing to see employees that seem to genuinely enjoy what they're doing and are happy to interact with their coworkers and customers :)

Lastly, I'd like to take a moment to give a specific shoutout to the young lady who I believe is the manager/supervisor, her name is Elyanna (hopefully I spelled that correctly). She absolutely rocks! She is such a sweetheart and my goodness; she is the hardest worker! She's there 95% of the time that I go in and she's always so nice and I love chatting with her if the store isn't terribly busy. She makes the best sandwiches and is literally always moving and grooving, even if there aren't any orders, she's either sweeping out front/replenishing the sandwich line or retail items/or assisting other employees, like training or helping with prep stuff. I've spent many years working in restaurants, both management and every other position imaginable, so I can appreciate all that she does for this location, she's a massive asset to whomever the franchise owner is as well as JM's corporate.

Sorry for the novel-sized review lol, but I know that people are far more likely to go out of their way to leave a review when they've had a poor experience, as opposed to taking the time to leave a positive one when everything goes according to plan/service is great, so I wanted to take some time to share what a great location this is, how awesome the staff is and to give kudos to Elyanna! Thanks so much for all that you do! :)

Absolutely do not order online to this store location. The quoted "ready by" time is nearly always wrong. Add anywhere between 10-40 minutes additional to the quoted time. I spent last Saturday waiting an additional 40min for my online order. I watched walk-ins come in and easily get there sandwiches made right in front of them while I and about 5 other mobile customers wait and wait with no service. This has happened to me consistently. Also the never slice the sandwiches like they are supposed to and often make mistakes like the wrong mustard type on mobile orders. I will never order from this location again and highly recommended going to any other location.

I am going to give this one four stars. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A certain worker named Nick gave me the best service I have had in a while I would definetly go back for the same experience. The food was great, but could have been a little better as it was a little dry. Overall pretty good and great service from Nick.

Rob the AM was very great on Friday 6/14/24.
Very attentive and personable to all guests as he juggles between about 8 customers at once. Speed was on point. Rob’s persona is what made the experience great! Facility is clean as well! I got #56 and it was to meat heavy, but my wife got the #2 mikes was and it was a great balance! Highly recommend #2 mikes way if you can’t decide. Veggies are fresh with nice crunch

Walked in to pickup online order right after placing it and Claire and Elyanna just received an online order for 50 sandwiches with no advance warning… not only did they complete that massive order very fast but they did my order done very quickly at the same time. They had an awesome attitude about it all! Sean who is the franchise owner, has two great employees and we appreciated their positivity. Awesome job!
