I had a disappointing experience at Jimmy John's recently that I feel needs to be shared. I went in eager to take advantage of a deal I had seen advertised, but when I tried to redeem it, the staff informed me that they wouldn't honor it because it was a "glitch" in their system.

This explanation left me feeling frustrated and confused, as I had planned my visit specifically around this promotion. It’s disappointing when a company doesn’t stand by its advertised deals, and this experience has made me question my loyalty to the brand. I hope Jimmy John's can improve their communication and ensure that customers are able to enjoy the promotions they advertise.

Walk in to be ignored like I didn't exist, I was the only customer there, someone drives up thru drive thru they take their order, still didn't even knowledge I was there....well I came back to look at the other reviews and I see a picture of the same 3 employees that were there when I came thru, the one with braids in his hair was sitting down to eat after I walked out, but I'm seeing that this is a regular thing with this place,, I guess j should have read the reviews before I even attempted to go there..

employees rang up the wrong sandwich and when i explained the mistake, there was no apology. to even get someone’s attention took me going out my way. i was shrugged off and with a palpable amount of attitude told “well it’s gonna take at least ten minutes” by the woman with the bun. when they made the correct sandwich, it was thrown on the table by a male employee without a word. just rude and makes me never want to come back.

Coming to this Jimmy Johns was the worst customer service I ever experienced from all Jimmy Johns I've been to in all of South Georgia and North Florida locations. Doors were locked early at 8:20pm, employees completely ignored me, and they wanted to stay on their phones and not do their job at all. Placed an online order for pickup to be paid in cash yet I just left completely after the slick way they try to talk to me in the drive thru, wouldnt get off their phones in the drive thru window, and techically them doors don't lock down ever that early. Even when I used to work there, we were NOT allowed to lock them doors like that EVER or I would of gotten in trouble for that type of stuff. Don't come to this location at all if you want employees that don't do their job with a lack of customer service that keeps driving multiple customers away that I have seen first hand MULTPILE times and no body gonna fix that issue so imma say it like it is. Yall can do better than that yet even after about 2 years of no longer working there, yall obviously choose not to and it's going to continue to ruin the image of Jimmy Johns in Tville that has been negative for a few years now via word of mouth around town?‍♀️. Just go next door and get a pub sub at publix if you want quality customer service at this point

I ordered online to be ready at 6pm...I was 10 min early the girl informed me that was a delay order to ready for 6 but they would get it ready (not in the most pleasant attitude) She almost threw it at me thru the drive through window. Nothing said. I know good help is hard to find but that one needs customer service classes

some of the workers act like they don't want to be there and when I order delivery I always end up with a soggy sandwich even if I don't get a oil on it and also the prices have crazily went up

Vegetarian options: there is a veggie sub but if you want vegetarian you have to get it without meat like I do but I am pretty sure I am still being charged for the meat

Sad state of affairs folks. When I asked for extra onions and was told “I can only give you a certain amount of onions because we’re about to close”, this should have been a red flag, it was a little before 5, on Saturday. How about I received no onions and no oil and vinegar as requested.
