What is even this. The gravy on the right was fine, that brown mess on the left, absolutely unacceptable. It does not look or taste like gravy. It tasted like some brown water. Thomasville is a pretty big town so they definitely won't be lacking without my business there. But never again.

Dined in and carryout several times always had an amazing experience. Aleria and Carshinda gave me and my husband EXCELLENT customer service while placing our order. Food is always fresh and employees are always friendly. The atmosphere here has been nothing but joyful. Feels like the one place in Thomasville that the workers are happy to do their job, besides Chick Fil A of course.
2 weeks later... Update: came in on a Friday night, of course busier than usual, but its to be expected. Noticed we had our favorite cashier to take our order BUT the manager was a COMPLETE mood killer. The joyful atmosphere that would come from the same staff that work almost every night I come in was ruined. Food was still amazing as always but not please with how the manager was handling her staff.

We ordered online yesterday, 2/5/2025 and the woman at the drive-thru at 5 p.m., when we picked the order up, was so very nice. Wonderful attitude. She deserves a raise.
The cleanest kfc I’ve ever been to! The staff was so so so nice. I was in town due to evacuating the storm in Tampa and they made me feel so welcomed! Food was fresh and great too

Was told it'll be 10 minutes on the original recipe. I said ok. As I began to sit down to wait, I was told extra crispy just came up fresh. I was asked if I would prefer that instead. I said yes. It was an online order su the 12 pc was a really good deal, but the chicken itself was not just out of the fryer or was just cooked fresh. You don't have to lie to get rid of old inventory. It's about pleasing the customer, not your till. It's money, not yours. WTH Thomasville??!!
