I was impressed in the beginning the order came out pretty fast, I gave three football players at home and I work today I figured KFC 16pc Family Deal would be great... I added on two large sides as well as a brownie my total came up to $65 drop the food off to my son's I get to work and they are calling me from home mad that there was a big piece of curly hair in the mashed potatoes and now we're skeptical about eating any of it! $65 gone down the drain had to order pizza because I AM AT WORK OUT OF TOWN AND THERE'S HAIR IN MY KIDS FOOD. DIDN'T EVEN PUT HONEY IN THE BAG FOR THE BISCUITS SMH I work hard for my money damn sure can't afford to give money away never will we ever go back to this KFC again smh WOW disgusting. The girl at the window was sweet she gets five stars her customer service was great and her hair was long and straight the hair in my food was short and curly from what my kids sent me... Clearly hands aren't being washed and hair nets aren't being used smdh

Waited 4 minutes in drive thru for hot apple pies. Got home to discover my apple pies were barely lukewarm. My two pieces of original dark chicken were nowhere in site. I got 4 hard biscuits instead of 2 pieces of original dark meat chicken. I was offered a crispy thigh instead. DIDN'T get that either.I was charged and paid for items I did not receive. NOT SATISFIED ON THIS TRIP AT ALL

Drive thru was fast and my order was correct. Original recipe chicken was fairly good, white meat was a tad dry. Mac n cheese wasn't bad. Cole slaw is always good. My favorite place for chicken in thomasville.

I guess paying extra for extra chicken in the famous bowl will get you 5 small pieces of chicken instead of 4 pieces and asking for light mash potatoes means you’ll get 3/4 of the bowl being mash potatoes. Hahaha, figured I’d give it a second try after a month or two but the results ended the same way and $10 down the drain for a bowl full of mash potatoes. Won’t be going to this KFC anymore. ?

Shorted us a two pc white meat and all they can say is were sorry we're closed now there's nothing we can do.. We did not receive our money back. They are always messing up our orders. Mngmt is everything. The employees need a baby sitter.

I got a chicken potpie & it was good. I know that nothing is the same anymore but I remember when you pick up a drumstick & if you weren't careful your chicken would fall off the bone. LOL! The potpie was great! Just remembering back when!!!

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. We found human fingernails or toenails in a chicken sandwich. Look on the left side of the pic where the red is. There must be an angry, disgruntled employee working that would do this. If they would do this there is no telling what else they would do to your food. Truly a disgusting person!!
