If I could give zero for service and attitude and atmosphere I would. I was met with this young woman blonde white girl was just the rudest to me had no self human decency spoke to me like I was just a feral animal asking to get a pepperoni pizza I just think I’ll hold the restaurant and service needs to be dealt with the end.
This is hands down the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had! Perfectly crisp crust, melty cheese, and fresh toppings, mine had sausage and green olives, and it was incredible.
As someone with Celiac disease, I’m always cautious when dining out, but the general manager Heather made me feel completely at ease and even made the pizza for me herself. She took every precaution to avoid cross-contamination and explained their gluten-free process thoroughly.
It’s rare to find a place that nails both flavor and safety, but this location does just that. Cannot recommend this place enough, thanks Marco’s of Thomasville!

Good Quick Pizza.
So attempt to order at Thomasville Ga. store called twice was put on hold twice, decided to order online and it wouldn't take a card that I always use in the store. For a $50 order it was better to get a pizza at Auldi's for the same order for $15 , and that's 2 large and 2 cauliflower small!!!!

Waited 10 minutes to order a pizza while the girl took orders in my ear. I had to hang up and call back to get her to remember I was on the phone and she told me “well we have a high demand it’s gone be at least a hour wait to order” Horrible customer service.
The people were not very helpful would not show me a paper menu so they didn't have any and after I ordered a found one

i don’t really complain much because i work at a pizza place myself and i understand things happen . however , i ordered a pizzoli online and drove across town to pick it up. when i got there , the CSR was confused but then pulled my order right up. it hadn’t been made. okay fine , things happen. i wait 15 more minutes and the pizzoli was ready. when i returned back to work and opened the box the cup of marinara wasn’t put in the box .. i’ve never had this problem with marcos but it was upsetting because i always look forward to the sauce and it’s kind of dry eating it without. they were busy but please just try to be more attentive in making sure customers get their sauce. overall , it was good , just wish i had my sauce.

There pizza is virtually made without any sauce. When I asked for extra sauce it was the same as before. Then I tried a meatball sub and it was lousy. I'm done

Ordered pizza for delivery at 12pm my order said out for delivery at 1pm then was told that my order was being returned to the store to contact the store! They then hired door dash and moved my delivery time to 1:40 pm to receive cold pizza. And I was told by the manager of marcos that I had to cancel the delivery through door dash wich they hired due to being short staffed!!! And that it would take 5 days to get my money back!!

To much to list pizza was late manager hired doordash without letting me know and then door dash tried to charge me a cancle fee! Manager lied several times!! Said that we could get a refund for 5 day
