Been here several times as a delivery driver and guest. Men's bathrooms are always, 'always' out of soap, as are all of the sanitization dispensers. Not sure how the staff's hands are clean enough for food to stay sanitary if there's no soap or sanitizer anywhere to be found.

If I could leave no stars I honestly would, I know the McDonald's in Thomasville is known for being painfully slow, so when I placed my order online I did it at 6:50 to prepare for the wait so I could make it to work. I sat there until 7:45 before I ever received my food. Mind you my order was a single sausage biscuit and a smoothie. When they opened the window there was an overwhelming smell of weed that hit me, which is wild this early in the morning. I made it to work with like 5 minutes before I had to be in the building. Like man I'm just hungry, I could've killed the cow and made my own biscuit in the time it took them to put a processed meat round on a frozen biscuit.

Slowest drive thru ever. How long does it really take to cook a burger and get it out? Ordered in the drive through and been sitting for 40 mins - we haven’t even gotten to the payment window yet. I really don’t get what takes so long.

I love McDonald's and it is the only fast food place I go to. I will NEVER go to the one in Thomasville, GA again and advise everyone beware.
I pulled up in the outside lane around 9:45 yesterday, 1/3/25. It was busy, there were 3 cars ahead of me. When it came my turn to order I was skipped over to the next car pulling up in the inside lane. I waited 10 minutes for the employee to get that person's order. He seemed very confused. Finally a women took over the order and started all over again. I left the line and went inside. The only employee I saw was a lady sitting down eating. Then an employee came out and called a name for an order and no one responded. I informed the lady eating about my experience, she was kind and apologetic. I told her they should do better.
After reading the other comments and seeing to 2.6 rating I realized this is a common occurrence, as well as poor food quality.
This is a disgrace to the McDonald franchise! I hope the owner is making extreme efforts to improve this one. It is very poorly operated.

This location is terrible. Take out orders were taking 20+ minutes despite having what appeared to be 7-8 employees. Every drive through car had to wait for their order in a parking space. Several take out orders were wrong.

Everytime we come here, wait for 30 minutes plus. This morning so far I've been sitting for 35 minutes and I can't leave because I put a mobile order in.
This location is truly sad.
