This McDonalds the the most rude staff and worst food ever and its not surprising if you meet the manager. He is the most unkept and unprofessional manager they could have hired. He walks around with dirty pants and his shirt untucked and stomach hanging out the bottom of the shirt. Food is always cold and wrong and paired with rude employees.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. My order was incorrect not once, but twice, and the staff handled the situation with a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy. The wait time was excessive, and the employees were not dressed appropriately or maintaining basic cleanliness standards. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and unwelcoming.

Ordered a Oreo McFlurry at the drive through to later find out they didn't blend it like they are supposed to do. They just sprinkled some oreo dust on top & let it go. Very disappointed.
i don’t know how this mcdonald’s is allowed to continue to operate, the employees only move 1-2 people at a time through the drive thru, you get told their system is down and you have to go inside but then are told that since you made a mobile order, you have to go through the drive thru even though you’ve already sat in it for 30 minutes! employees don’t care, floors are sticky, tables are dirty, employees screaming at each other back and forth, don’t waste your time or money here

If i could give 0 stars i would. This is the worst customer service, actually no customer service. Stay away; no acknowledgement!!! This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. I sat in the drive thru; maybe 7 minutes, crickets chirping. Mcdonalds was open but nobody was home, I guess a stray dog needed a bone! There was an employee outside doing a hogee squat on her phone, maybe she was searching on her phone the best bone to give a stray dog. I'll be driving to Mcdonalds in Pavo next time, WAIT there is no mcdonalds in Pavo, but thats how far I would go just to find out there is no Mcdonalds because thomasville mcdonalds customer service is the epitomy of the defintion of terrible.

This restaurant was terribly understaffed. People waited 20+ minutes for orders. I witnessed a staff member telling a customer they were out of an item then refusing to reimburse the customer. I waited 34 minutes to be told they were out of Oreos for a McFlurry.
