My husband and I found this "diamond in the rough"* a few years ago on our trek from FL to TN. This year, in reverse, I decided to retrace my route in my return to FL from TN. In so doing, I reserved dinner at this quaint restaurant. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, seated promptly, and found bread, oil w/seasonings, and water awaiting me. Bradley, my waiter, likewise promptly met me, shared the special for the night, and took my drink order. I was tempted by many of their Italian dishes but ultimately went with their chicken parm. It did not disappoint! It was absolutely delicious and a generous portion. I will be returning when I make the trek back to TN in the spring. Thank you for continuing to serve delicious Italian dishes and providing excellent service. (*Just to clarify, this establishment is by NO means "rough"! I use the phrase "diamond in the rough" only as I previously had NO idea really of what a beautiful town Thomasville, GA, is, along with having such great restaurant options. I am sure all the "locals" are well-aware of this well-kept secret!!)

Many of the entrees are very reliable. We specifically had the calamari and the salad capresse for appetizers. The eggplant was an outstanding, long time favorite as was the veal piccata. The house wines were good and reasonably priced. We have been patrons of Mom and Dad's for nearly 20 years and they are very reliable.

I no longer live in the area but I have been a fan of the Restaurant many years. We were in the area and made reservations. We arrived early and were quickly seated. The server was excellent. The Escargot , Salad , and the Lasagna were and always have been magnificent. House Pinot and House Chianti perfect for our meal. Cheesecake is great too. I will always go back there when near to any of their locations. The added bonus was sitting next to a multi generational Italian family. The family was speaking Italian. Felt like we were eating in the country of Italy.

Lasagna was try and scorched on bottom… Definitely room for improvement. And new plates that don’t rock ..

Outstanding as usual! I have been coming to Mom and Dads for 30 years and have never once been disappointed. You know what you're gonna get and exactly how it will taste. The Spaghetti alla bruzzi still tastes just like it did the first time I ate it. Very consistent! One of Thomasville's best!

Exceptional! Everyone from the owners to the staff is truly the best team I've had the pleasure of dining with. I have a multitude of allergies and Mallory always makes sure to inform everyone. I have yet to get sick and will continue to dine at Mom & Dads!

Mom and Dad's never disappoints! The Pistelli family makes you feel welcome and the food, service and cocktails are terrific! The fried zucchini, chicken français, and blueberry cheesecake are my favorites.
