I recently visited Osaka Hibachi & Sushi and had an extremely disappointing experience. To start, the shrimp was tough and overcooked, and the rice had a burnt taste that made it almost inedible. To top it off, I found pieces of chicken in my plate, which was completely unexpected and unappetizing.
When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were more concerned with the fact that I had eaten some of the food than with the poor quality itself. How else am I supposed to know if the food is bad if I don’t taste it? Their rude and dismissive attitude only made the situation worse.
Overall, it was a terrible dining experience, and I won’t be returning.

The FOOD SUCKS. NEED COOKING LESSONS Go to Florida. Ordered shrimp fried rice & chicken wings you pieces of wings the shrimp fried rice didn’t have any vegetables. Stop in Gainesville Florida and check out Wok & Roll the food is excellent they have lunch specials and you get your money worth this place need to close down won’t be eating here no more. Wok & Roll you get whole chicken wings. Osaka rice is greasy. It was supposed to be lunch. But I ended up with garbage. It was a waste of my money.

I don't see why the people of Thomasville, Georgia, like this place so much. The cut of stake and chicken are about the size of rice. Thus means that when they cook the steak and chicken, it is overcooked and dry. Service isn't even with a smile. I know for me it is one and done.
Great food, the crab Rangoons are amazing IMHO, and they have an excellent Valdosta roll. The service was fast, the food was hot when I got it, and everyone was polite. The restaurant itself is cute too, a couple booths, a couple tables, some nice lighting, and a lot of cute decor. Had a great time! Will definitely be returning.
Parking: It's in an area with some other stores/restaurants, so parking was definitely no issue.
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk and door are definitely accessible, the restaurant itself might be a touch crowded, as some of the tables were closer together, but I think a wheelchair could get in and out without too much trouble.
