$60 bucks and still no food! Horrible service!! Food arrive 2hours late. The poor driver had no clue I has already called and asked for refund. Staff at store was beyond rude hung up on me twice when I called to inquire about my delivery. Swear I would receive a refund and hear we are two days later and I can't reach a manager still. Asked for GM information staff swore they did not know it. It's cool. I'll dispute the charges with my bank!

So, my husband ordered pizza, wings, and bread sticks for my family. The order was extremely late and when he called, he found out that the order had been delivered to another address after telling the girl there our address 3 times. The man he spoke to said that he would make it right and when we finally got our order the wings were burnt and looked like they came from a quail. Super small and burnt/plastic smell. Sorry. Done. Will not order from here again.

Ordered and over an hour later still don’t have our order. Door dasher was at store waiting as the store said it was ready. Called and spoke to an employee to get clarification and couldn’t get any. Was told I had to cancel on the app as they couldn’t cancel my order. There is not a place to cancel an order on the app. Spent over 20 mins on hold before being hung up on. Still not sure the status of the order.

Bad experience never again. When I order i expected Papa John had the own delivery instead door dash call me from the Hamton Inn the driver didn't even have my correct address. Cold food for 55.00. I'll reach out to the store tomorrow 12/27/24

Would give no stars I wait over an hour did receive my food prepaid for call to let them know and was on hold over 30 Mins top it off it was prepaid once u give them your money they won't care DONT BUY FROM THEM they would not answer the phone worst place ever I reach out multiple times need up having to order from pizza hut and got it for less ill never use papa Johns ever again

This papa johns has beyond sorry customer service. Workers come to work in house pajamas, can't even get the names right on multiple orders, half your order ain't even made with your other half just sitting around getting cold, and they even removed the menu board so good luck knowing what you want. Plus they want to lie straight to your face about what drinks are left, lying Bout there is only one drink left when obviously I can see the drink cooler with several other options left. Just do yourself a favor and do not stop at this papa johns.
A long-time favorite, but both the service and quality are dropping quickly. Recent pizzas have been overcooked. What used to be great service is now average or less. Today my pizza was (finally) ready before I walked in the door, but it took five full minutes for anyone to help me, even though nobody else was waiting. They then handed me my pizza which had been sitting there the whole time while they put stickers on empty boxes.
