I recently had pizza from Pizza Hut in Thomasville. My son n law had it delivered by door dash. The thin crust pizza was delicious but the amount of time that it took for the delivery to arrive was ridiculous. I forgot that pizza was being delivered. I’m not sure where or why the delivery took so long but we will definitely use other options the next time.
Parking: Parking is plentiful and easy at this location.
Recommended dishes: Salad Bar, Cheese Sticks, Pepperoni Lover's Pizza

There was not enough pizza sauce on the pizza. I'm disappointed and dissatisfied. I can't even enjoy my first slice. The team members need to get it together.

Just brought our entire youth group there, and they said they would not allow us to dine in. They are trying to clean the lobby. It was 8:30. I worked for pizza hut for years, when my kids were younger. We never stopped dinning before 9pm and never denied a group. Customer Service really needs to do better. It's really sad and our youth group was so sad. It was only 10 of us. Thank God for Marcos pizza. Even though they are not really a dine in place. They gave us awesome service and is allowing us all to pile in here to eat!! Im so beyond disappointed in pizza hut. Plz do better...
I ordered pizza and wings. Requested the pizza to be cooked longer/well done. It was undercooked to the point of some areas of the crust towards the center were still doughy. Threw it away. Wings were decent and delivery driver was polite. Save your money and order elsewhere

The way me and my family was treated at the drive through was so bad by the female manager or supervisor who had a bad attitude after we waited about 30 minutes because no one was at the window to take our order to place an order only to be told by her they were not taking anymore orders and it still wasn't 11 oclock.Had to call while waiting at the drive through window to get someone to come to the window. Will not be going back to the Pizza Hut in Thomasville Ga because of her mean nasty attitude, aggressively closing the window in front us. Never again. Don't need Manager or Supervisor like that. Left there and went to Domino's Pizza and were welcomed with great service

Me & my family decided to dine in & all I have to say is pizza was undercooked after we already had to send it back the first time but we ate it made my mom sick, people seemed nice but very unorganized, can tell the place needs better management, we will not be coming back.

We had the best drive through service we’ve had in a long time on Friday night March 29th! She was so sweet and the most friendliest person we have encountered in Thomasville that works in fast food! Every restaurant needs a girl like her!!
