It is very hit and miss with this Pizza Hut. Tonight, it was okay. The wings were almost cold as well as the breadsticks but the pizza was good. There was only 2 servers, which is pretty normal. It's been like this for a while. When you call in an order, be sure to check and see if it's right before you leave.
UPDATED REVIEW: 2025 absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your time. There are other places with much better customer service and wayyyyyy better food. I’ve attached the pitiful little pizza we got tonight. Last time here for us.

I’ve been getting emails for weeks about a free pizza with my rewards points, but the store it says it’s valid at, locally, says I can’t redeem it but online. Online won’t let me in my account, and the store (Thomasville ga) has nothing to do with it. What a joke. I won’t be ordering pizza hit in the future. I’m tired of the false advertising. I’ll use poppa John’s or dominoes from now on

I recently had pizza from Pizza Hut in Thomasville. My son n law had it delivered by door dash. The thin crust pizza was delicious but the amount of time that it took for the delivery to arrive was ridiculous. I forgot that pizza was being delivered. I’m not sure where or why the delivery took so long but we will definitely use other options the next time.
Parking: Parking is plentiful and easy at this location.
Recommended dishes: Salad Bar, Cheese Sticks, Pepperoni Lover's Pizza
