We stopped in for breakfast while visiting the area. It was very busy. We waited about 15 minutes for a table. The menu was varied but definitely southern. Lots of grits, biscuits and gravy choices. My husband had the southern traditional and I tried the loaded grits bowl. All was very tasty and prepared well. The biscuits are huge, fluffy and hot. I can see why this is a local favorite.

My favorite part, the owner walks around(when he can) and checks on tables. Really shows his level of care. 2nd favorite part... Them biscuits and Q Sauce! Too notch! Always a good breakfast. Always a good product. We've been in here when they were PACKED OUT, service gets a little slow but you can see them working hard. One of the best spots in Thomasville for food and definitely the best spot for breakfast. Thanks Q Cafe!

I would say that this is a nice little small town diner. I thought the food was very good. It was close to $15 per meal which was a little overpriced for what you get. Service wasn’t terrible but we did find ourselves waiting for a while. I do recommend coming here though! I will for sure be returning.

Great little (busy) breakfast spot downtown. Food was quick and very good. Hot chocolate was water and hot chocolate mix-wouldn’t get that again. We came on a Saturday morning, They were busy the entire time, and still had a wait when we left, it’s a hot spot but when you serve great food…! Would come again.

I came early to place a takeout order. However, it was Thanksgiving and they were SLAMMED! However, the owner walked out of the kitchen personally to tell me he would, unfortunately, not be able to take my large order at the time. I twisted his arm a little and he conceded! He was amazing and we would return for this reason alone. (The food was excellent though )
I’d come here everyday if i lived in the area. I wanted to order everything from the menu. The pancakes are delectable and the loaded grits bowl!?!?! AMAZING! The staff were very upbeat and nice. I loved my first time visit. I can’t wait to go back to try the candied bacon stuffed pancakes.

The menu has so much variety it was hard to pick. Breakfast or lunch happen all day. The atmosphere was pleasant and full of people who come regular. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely go again when we are in the area
