Thomasville Smoothie King location used to be really good however, over the past year or so, the smoothies are less than mediocre. It appears whoever is in charge of ordering supplies is not doing a good job. They are always out of strawberries, peanut butter, pineapples, and bananas which are some of the most important essentials to make a smoothie. I'm hoping smoothie king can get it together.

Service at the Thomasville location is terrible. Everytime that I have went they are rude, and act like they are bothered by customers. The lady that was checking me out walked away as I was paying to unbox box's and didn't even offer me my receipt.

Awesome service and smoothie bowls! The manager, Aysa is the best. Very kind and made sure my family was pleased.

This was my first (and possibly last based on my experience here) time coming into the Smoothie King of Thomasville. I am not a mean person, a bit indecisive, but never rude.
When I went in, I ordered a Banana Berry smoothie. Then, after looking at the add-ins, I asked if I could add kale and how much it would be. The girl told me (a younger, skinnier, girl with tattoos) that it would be the same. Being indecisive, and it being my first time, I started to back out and said wellll maybe I won't get the kale. Then, after looking up the benefits of kale, I decided I definitely would like to add some kale. The girl was already close to pouring the smoothie into the cup so, I went up to her and, very kindly, said, "Hey, I'm really sorry, I see you're almost done with the process, but I've decided I actually would like the kale. I know that's really annoying but I'm happy to pay or tip extra, whatever you need." I felt bad because I work in the service industry myself and I understand that sometimes we are tired of customers, but I still do my job. I was tired today when I came to get a refreshing smoothie and the girl was incredibly rude and told me that in order to make what I wanted she would have to start all over. I said, "oh." She then dismissed me with a very rude, "Have a good day. Bye." I then left the store and started to cry on my way home. I was so upset that I decided to go back and buy the smoothie I actually wanted. Why should I have to pay for two smoothies in order to get what I wanted?
The smoothie was good but, rudest employee ever. I did not "have a good day." Learn the concept of service. You have lost what would have been a very good customer.

My husband’s catastrophe team was activated to help with storm damage from Hurricane Helene. He ordered a smoothie online at 8:20 and got there at 8:40 to pick it up. The staff refused to make the smoothie. They told him he would have to pick it ip tomorrow. He asked for a refund, which the also claimed they couldn’t do. It was only $15, but that isn’t the point. He chose a smoothie because he was too tired to even eat after a 13 hour work day. Your management and staff should be ashamed.
A receptionist in the business next door went to this Smoothie King to ask one of the SK employees to move their vehicle from in front to allow space for patrons to park conveniently in front (repeat occurrence was stated).
The SK manager that was on duty this morning was very unprofessional during their encounter… she was screaming at the receptionist outside on the sidewalk with profanities and unnecessary aggression… there’s a way to speak your stance - peaceably and with self control.
At the end of the day yes, it’s a parking space, but think of customers first even if they aren’t your own customers. It’s a shared parking space that should be for customers of that particular plaza. Wearing the brand/logo of a company that pays you to represent them extends beyond taking orders and you never know who is around observing your character.
Not giving 1 star because it is still someone’s business, but please upper management/owner, ameliorate this situation with who has been hired.
I’ve read the bad reviews about the horrible customer service, but Kierra was so welcoming and funny! She made me a mango strawberry smoothie that was so delicious! To the GM…She needs a raise & a promotion!!! Thank you Kierra!!

Service is terrible, workers always opening later than the posted hours making it impossible to get anything in the morning, and constantly out of ingredients for multiple smoothies that they offer.

You guys are losing business because of your rude employees. Really got the feeling I was inconveniencing them for walking in. Asked a few simple questions about one of the items and really offered no help with an answer. My suggestion to management/ownership. Train and motivate your people properly or hire people that want to work!

Very rude customer service, lady that takes my order makes me feel no welcome. I don’t know if she has a bad day but she looks like she don’t want to be there.
First and last visit. Went in with my son today. The girl working did not say a single word besides tell us our total even after trying to make conversation about the vast menu of choices. No greeting, no thank you. She clearly did not want to be there and I will not be spending my hard earned money where they don't need it.
I'd give a -6 rating if it was possible. Menu price is $10.29. I was charged $11.19. Militant attitude manager blamed it on "the system" refused to return my over payment 'til I threatened to call the police. She called someone, then threw $0.90 on the counter and said "Here's your $0.90. We can no longer serve you. You've got to leave." Should've been $0.97. Called corporate, left a message. Waiting for their response. The Thomasville attorney should initiate a brief, simple investigation. Close the store while an employee rings up each item. Compare the register receipts with the menu prices. Multiply the overcharges x days open each week, then times 52 weeks. That's a lot of money. Charge and prosecute the owner and whoever updated prices in their system for fraud and theft by deception. They're stealing from thousands of patrons. It's dishonest and illegal. Save your money. Boycott Smoothie King. Spread the truth and encourage others to boycott. Petition the Thomasville attorney to pursue this matter.

There was a rude employee that was there during a shift change. Was not greeted on arrival. Had to ask questions or make requests twice because the first would be ignored or not acknowledged. Acted performative when I walked back in to request my receipt with another customer, asking them, "do you need your receipt" in an irritated tone. Allegedly, she could not reprint my receipt, either. Her initial irritation with our presence while she was counting money and my inquiry for my receipt, which I did not receive would have been ignored had the experience overall been pleasant. If this were my first experience with Smoothie King in general, I'd never go or recommend it to anyone. I wish I were exaggerating.
