They need to update or replace the speaker in drive thru as they could hardly understand me today as I ordered. They also need to bring back the regular fries as these new groovy fries aren't to my liking, but the regular fries are among the best I ever had and part of the reason I would go to Sonic. I haven't ordered the combos much since I tried the groovy fries. I tried replacing them with the tots since then, but while the tots are good, they're saltier in taste than I would like. Apart from these issues, the service is satisfactory and the burgers and chili cheese coneys still have the good and delightful tastes I've enjoyed of them since I was a kid.

I ordered their all American hot dog and was given a chili cheese dog, I sent it back and asked for the one I ordered. After waiting quite awhile I asked where my order was and they sent out a plain hot dog, no mustard, no relish, nothing but a dog in a bun. At this point I was so mad that I just left. You all need to get your act together.

Today I stopped by sonic to purchase a route 44 water with fresh lime and lemon. I asked the lady did they put fresh lime and water she said yes the lemon ? must be under ice, because all I saw was lime. I didn’t think nothing of it as I travel down the road. I took a sip and taste nothing but flavoring that was at the bottom of my cup. I’m highly pissed and was too mad to go back. I am a diabetic. Today could have turn for the worse, be careful when you visit this sonic please ??

This is the absolute worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. There is always an issue every time I come. I always decide to give them another chance and every time they mess something up. This time I waited 20 minutes at the kiosk waiting for 2 slushies. I finally went in and they were just sitting there and she had the audacity to give them to me melted. I said I will not accept those. The phone also does not work because I tried calling in and it kept saying something about the voicemail box. The manager said I could have just come through the drive through instead of coming inside. No I’m sorry you waited so long, I’m sorry that my worker tried to give you melted slushies, nothing. The last time I was here, the manager cussed me out because they gave me 4 instead of the 5 popcorn chicken boxes and I said it was ridiculous that they couldn’t get the order right and that it took like 40 minutes just to get those. This location needs to hire employees that actually know what they are doing and know how to provide actual customer service instead of being rude when they mess everything up.

I pressed the button to order and waited close to 10 minutes before someone finally ask have you ordered or wanting to order. I answered that I was wanting to order then it was ok someone will be with you in a minute. They finally ask me for my order and then came outside to verify what I ordered. When they brought my order they had to go back to get my drink and that took close to 5 minutes to get my drink and change but there was 2 guys that had plenty of time to keep going in and out to hit their vapes. I could understand if they were busy but there were only 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 car parked in a parking spot. I counted atleast 6 people working and walking around inside. The way I see it if you have enough time to run in and out to vape you should have enough time to wait on customers first.

I tried to place an order at the drive thru and they ignored me they asked to take my order and I started saying my order and they looked through the window and then didn’t say anything and I sat there for a minute and was asking hello and if they heard me and they said nothing and they straight up ignored me!! If I could give 0 stars I would that is not how you do business.
