I used to go here everyday and stopped going because of the scrappy service I was getting over the past year. I went today and I ordered a grande white mocha. It was maybe 3/4 the way full. So disappointed with this place. I keep trying to give them a chance but nothing changes.

I was the only person in the store and ordered a decaf Americana and never got it. Three individuals came in, ordered after me, all got their orders and left. Again, store is empty. At no time did anyone ask what I was waiting for. I know I should have said something, but was frustrated and decided to leave. That’s on me, but never going back.

Charity Charity

Went to Starbucks to purchase a Ice Water, the employee would not sell the water because she said she didn't have a code to put in the system to sell it to me...if their new policy is no free water, then there a should have been a code to charge for it...she said I would have to make a purchase...I replied and told her I can purchase the water, that's all I wanted....so she did not sell me the water...she said she couldn't unless I made the purchase....this is the worst Starbucks ever...never encountered anything like this at the other Starbucks...

I have to give them a huge and I mean a huge two thumbs up!!!! Their service has dramatically improved and I am happy to go there any day and time now!!! I've gone through the drive through a few times now and every time is super fast!!!Thanks for all the smiles!!!
