Great atmosphere! Baristas are friendly. Always pretty busy but manage this location well. A customer like me appreciates a perfect coffee. Always great service with a great people. Recommended.

I used to go here everyday and stopped going because of the scrappy service I was getting over the past year. I went today and I ordered a grande white mocha. It was maybe 3/4 the way full. So disappointed with this place. I keep trying to give them a chance but nothing changes.

I was the only person in the store and ordered a decaf Americana and never got it. Three individuals came in, ordered after me, all got their orders and left. Again, store is empty. At no time did anyone ask what I was waiting for. I know I should have said something, but was frustrated and decided to leave. That’s on me, but never going back.

Went to Starbucks to purchase a Ice Water, the employee would not sell the water because she said she didn't have a code to put in the system to sell it to me...if their new policy is no free water, then there a should have been a code to charge for it...she said I would have to make a purchase...I replied and told her I can purchase the water, that's all I wanted....so she did not sell me the water...she said she couldn't unless I made the purchase....this is the worst Starbucks ever...never encountered anything like this at the other Starbucks...

I have to give them a huge and I mean a huge two thumbs up!!!! Their service has dramatically improved and I am happy to go there any day and time now!!! I've gone through the drive through a few times now and every time is super fast!!!Thanks for all the smiles!!!

The staff did not wear gloves while preparing food and coffee. They were short staffed and rushed; therefore, neither the coffee or food was prepared correctly.
Drive thru is around the whole building. Quick and polite service!

Need to double cup your Venti coffee! My forearm is burnt and coffee all over sidewalk. I dropped it as soon as it spilled all over forearm. Older person has thinner skin as it is. I called the store and the double cupping is discouraged by manager??! He or she might want to reconsider! Than goodness I was not driving

This is by far the worse Star Bucks I've even been to!!! Shameful!!! Drive through is always and I reapeat always horribly slow!!! I honestly don't know why this location is lacking so much!!! All the Tallahassee locations have service down packed. Maybe it's time for corporate to step in and rehire all new employees to get the service up to par with every other Star Bucks in the area!!!

Its Dec 9th. I took my granddaughter to Starbucks for her breakfast at 7:30. We waited in a line we were unable to get out of for almost 20 min before the cars started moving. We finally pulled up to the window and it took another 20 min. They were making drinks for the cars behind us but not our drinks. The girl at the drive through window kept us waiting for another 20 min. Never telling us anything just keeping us waiting. Needless to say my granddaughter was late for school..The girl finally gave us the drinks with caramel running down the sides of the cups. No wonder she handed them to me with napkins wrapped around them. Then the girl slammed that window shut in anger. I will not be back. I don't have an hour before school to sit in a drive through. That girl was so rude! We got out of the line at 7:25.
