Surcheros - Thomasville, GA

I would like to give a shout out to Surcheros in Thomasville Ga.
We recently had a delivery/catering service provided to our Archbold Emergency Department for EMERGENCY NURSES WEEK. Mrs. Peggy (Store Manager) was so helpful with our catering request as well as delivering at requested times. She was punctual and the food was freshly cooked. Thank you Mrs. Peggy and Surcheros staff for the outstanding customer service provided to our ER Nurses. They were all very satisfied.

I still don't understand why we need carbon copies of the same menu over and over again but honestly might be better than Moe's, Chipotle, and most of the smaller copycat chains but qboba still reigns supreme

Ordered a veggie bowl and it was delicious! Fresh veggies and good portion size! Found on Door Dash and happy I did not many vegetarian options in Thomasville.

Not what it used to be. Wimpy salad with 6 pieces of spinach and maybe two tablespoons of meat. Hopefully it was just the staff tonight that sucked.

Will not be back. Brought 4 little girls out after summer camp. They were ordering their kids meals one by one. The food preppers each said what would you like for your toppings. Kids and I never being here before and thought it was similar to Moe's where they can get what they want at no additional charge. This is definitely a nickel and dime you kind of placed. We paid equal here to a downtown sit down Mexican restaurant with better service.

I give the service and atmosphere a negative 10 first visit and last visit The hostess were rude ordered two large cheese dips had to ask for the chips to go with them and then they give me a little white bag halfway full of chips. They were very mad mumbling under their breath rolling their eyes I will never go back

Food is great employees, some not all act like you are bothering them.

little chaotic up in dis here sreecheeris. the food preppers definitely need some productive guidance and training, which looks like the manager/trainer has neglected their duties because it shows in the poductivity of the folks preparing the food, Theyre trying but when ya dont know how to multi task and manage your time, thatll precipitate onto the customer. management needs to help those workers, i dont blame them one bit.

It would have been quicker to drive to Tallahassee to get Chipotle then wait 40 minutes to order your food and pay.

This has happened multiple times. African American employee, didn’t get his name but he has a pair of lips tattooed on his neck. Very unprofessional, lets the lids just slam shut when servicing hot food. Doesn’t smile at all, and looks like he hates his job. Not a very inviting atmosphere.

Just left the restaurant...sorry to say we were not acknowledged although there were 3 workers behind the counter one esp who was walking around on the other side of the counter from us. He looked at me and made a grimace...no smile. The other 2 were women...they were moving around and never looked at us while we stood there with no one else in line ahead of us. But what made us finally leave was a women wiping her nose on her wrist and hand back and forth twice I saw and then wiping that on her pants...no glove on.

Salsa is awful. I was not impressed with my chicken quesadilla. They did not include sour cream with my order either. This was a one and done for me.
