Surcheros - Thomasville, GA

This has happened multiple times. African American employee, didn’t get his name but he has a pair of lips tattooed on his neck. Very unprofessional, lets the lids just slam shut when servicing hot food. Doesn’t smile at all, and looks like he hates his job. Not a very inviting atmosphere.

Just left the restaurant...sorry to say we were not acknowledged although there were 3 workers behind the counter one esp who was walking around on the other side of the counter from us. He looked at me and made a grimace...no smile. The other 2 were women...they were moving around and never looked at us while we stood there with no one else in line ahead of us. But what made us finally leave was a women wiping her nose on her wrist and hand back and forth twice I saw and then wiping that on her pants...no glove on.

Salsa is awful. I was not impressed with my chicken quesadilla. They did not include sour cream with my order either. This was a one and done for me.

Service was excellent, and food was alright. Queso was delicious and fajitas were good.

Went to surcheros and waited for over 15 minutes; only 1 person working. The girl just kept making to go orders while we stood there and waited. I finally asked how much longer it would be and she was like I don’t know🤦🏻‍♀️ Terrible service today. We ended up walking out with no food. This is at almost 3:00- not like it’s noon and busy rush.

Food was fresh. Service was fast. Ordered the Burrito. Only fault is that they got cheap with the sour cream, only painting a thin layer on. I guess this is a company cost cutting measure.

Ordered a large Quesadilla with pork. Hardly any meat, was supposed to have sautéed mushrooms and fresh jalapeños. The guy sautéed mushrooms and "pickled"jalapeños for about 30 seconds. Then he proceeded to go refill his drink, while the young kids finished the order. Worst 15 dollars I have spent. Won't be back

I normally have such a great experience, but today was an awful customer service experience. I received small portions of meat. I asked for about a half portion more of meat and I was told that it was going to be extra. I declined the offer of extra meat and looked away and they added extra chicken to the bowl anyway. Later, when eating the bowl, I found straw paper in my food which was a disgusting thing to find and it completely ruined my appetite. I don’t recommend going there around 12:30 because they had bad customer service during the lunch rush.

Ordered a loaded bowl and a burrito they missed pretty much every topping I asked for in the bowl and burrito. I just paid 25 dollars for meat and rice. When I went to call they did not answer twice.

The food is great, but what really impresses me is the service. I’ve eaten at this location 3 or 4 times and each time the staff members were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and polite.

Clearly employees don’t read a ticket nor answer the phone. I placed an order for a loaded bowl and when I got it there was nothing but chicken and rice… nothing I ordered. Very disappointed.
