I ordered one drink on the kiosk, and I waited so long that I had to go to the desk and ask for it. They acknowledged it and kept doing what they were doing. It was only after about 5 minutes before someone finally gave me a cup. Very dismissive service.

We ordered just under $40 of food and waited almost a hour to get it. They were fully focused on drive through. Then the night manager who was in drive through walked outside for 30 minutes at least. They didn't take any orders at front counter so had to use the kiosk or not order. The manager was very abrasive to both the workers and the customers. They were very understaffed but the one young man on the line was very nice and tried his best even when the manager yelled at him

Worst customer service I have ever experienced a bunch of teenagers with bad attitudes. I ordered through the drive through and my complete order was wrong. I got out my car and when I went to go inside the worker locked the door in my face. I showed him the bag and told him they got it wrong and he shrugged, rolled his eyes, and walked off. All the workers just stared at me outside holding the bag up. This place should be shut down.
My girl’s been waiting in line for 20 minutes, and there are still 20 more cars behind her. Hurry up! Wish there were more TB locations nearby it’s not even about the money, just hurry up!

Just went thru the drive thru, no one acknowledged. We said hello more than two times but no o e answered so we drove around d to the window. There was a young lady that came to the window to tell us that we have to drive around to the speaker because she can’t take our order at the window. We explained that we attempted to order at the speaker, however no one acknowledged after repeating hello multiple times. The young lady claims someone tried to take the order. We did not hear anyone and did not hear any static in the speaker. It’s not like there was a line, she could have taken the order at the window since we were right there so we just left.The customer service is awful!!!! Would not spend my money here.!!!!

Whoever the hell is managing Taco Bell in Thomasville needs to get their shit TOGETHER. I shouldn't have had to wait over an hour, had 3 dashers, AND my order canceled because yall cant run shit! So now damn near everything is CLOSED. I work in the food industry as well so there is absolutely no excuse for this, at all!!!
