Why is it always cold in the building? All Waffle House I feel like that's why my food was cold. Never can get hot grits and eggs. Always cold by the time it gets to me.

Brandon was professional, attentative and a team player, taking orders,delivering food, refilling ice, cups dishes etc putting washed dishes away while still checking on customers for coffee refills etc.Manager Kelley with one hand gloved the other occupied with orders,kept touching the plated food on the with her gloved hand after thumbing through receipt orders,(disgusting)...hovering,in the way of the cooks! (Ash )Ashley seemed attentive, helped with washing dishes ,delivering orders, Tina was like a chicken with her head chopped off, busy running orders, cleaning dirty dishes, cashing people out.Haylee...may have been having a bad day, she seemed unhappy,perhaps with a table that broke a plate ,ran her back n forth. Didn't otherwise see her helping much. She cashed out some people. Delivered some orders. Cooks (3) of them stayed busy ... Our order,because it was Sunday,and they were slammed I'm sure ,took a while. We ordered the 2 eggs scrambled w/o cheese hash browns smothered and covered w/ sausage...no smothered n covered... Overall food was good,service our waiter Brandon was good. I wouldn't go back because of the food being touched.I am very skeptical about eating in restaurants, because of the nasty things people that work in the industry do. Attitude is everything. And while the customer is not always right, they are paying the bill. No tables available we sat up at the counter...that was not a problem. Actually is what made all things visual. I'll probably choose counter in the future, if I attend another waffle house,as I like to see what's going on.

The waitress took my order it was an old fashioned omelet with double ingredients.. ask for it to be cook well.. that didn't happen I forgot the ham.. The waitress was outside smoking when I got there didn't bother to wash her hand she smell like cigarettes...
Waited 26mins 18 seconds to try and make a order. Lucky the cook let me call in my order to him myself. The waitress was just overwhelmed. Food was ready before I even got my coffee! The location is out of dang near everything. Poor management skills or a bad owner!!!!

Service was awful. Went up to the counter because I placed a takeout order and for 5 minutes nobody acknowledge I existed. It was almost like they were actively trying not to make eye contact. After a while I began just staring at the worker closest to me as she tried to seem busy. They place was not super busy.

We walked in not greeted others came in greeted right away. When we asked about sitting we got the worst attitude. There was food all over the floor she yelled at the young lady that we were next the young lady was trying her best bless her. However at this point my husband was like let’s go. I told the young lady we changed our mind the older grumpy lady said they’re leaving fine by me. We refuse to spend hard earned money and be mistreated. If you don’t like what you do please quit and find what makes you happy. I am big on customer service. I am a business owner and I would never treat my customers like how I felt. I felt invisible at this establishment.
