I went through the drive-thru with the simplest request imaginable: two Frosty’s. That’s it. What should’ve been a quick, pleasant transaction turned into a complete exercise in frustration.

First off, the drive-thru audio wasn’t broken—it was the employee who refused to speak clearly or at a volume that resembled basic human communication. I wasn’t asking for a TED Talk, just to understand what was being said.

When I got to the window, I paid promptly and was thanked—cool, no issue there. But then it got ridiculous. My Frosty’s were placed by the window… and just sat there. I could literally see the employee watching me sit there for 4.5 minutes. Not working, not helping another customer—just standing there staring, like this was some kind of social experiment in patience.

Then finally, the window slams open, she shoves the Frosty’s at me, slams it shut, and not a single word. No “thank you,” no “sorry for the wait,” no acknowledgment at all. Just attitude. Honestly, I was served more attitude than ice cream—and that’s saying something, because the Frosty’s were half melted by the time I got them.

Let’s be real: this isn’t a one-off. I’m easily the thousandth person to complain about this Wendy’s location. The customer service is consistently awful. And the most frustrating part? Nothing ever changes. Where is management? Where’s the accountability? Who’s training these employees—or more importantly, why isn’t anyone?

To whoever owns or runs this place: it’s time to get your act together. This isn’t about fast food. It’s about basic decency, professionalism, and delivering the bare minimum of what customers expect.

I came for Frosty’s. I left with disappointment and a dash of disgust.

The wendy's of Thomasville GA on East Jackson have been our family favorite for many years. Until this past few weekends
This can't be the same staff. You can hear them arguing with each other for outside the store. The doors were locked, and we were not allowed to enjoy the inside dining experience. Only drive-through ordering was allowed. All outside lights, including the menu boards, were off. This staff is very unprofessional and rude. We sincerely hope this problem can be resolved ASP. Meanwhile, l recommend going to Dairy Queen for your next Burger and dining experience.

I went here for the first time in many years. The burger was not fresh and warm, and tasted like it had been sitting a while. The bread was dry. Did not taste good at all. The service was terrible, with the staff not even saying thanks or good bye. A world of difference compared to my local Wendy's where the staff is friendly and the food is warm, fresh and tasty.

Staff are fine and service is good, but sometimes slow. Dining area is rarely ever totally clean, but not filthy, in my experience. I think the food is fine for a Wendy's; however, the chicken ranch wrap was very gross and was falling apart in the tortilla the moment I opened the wrapping, so I won't be buying that again.

Wendy's in Thomasville very rude.They have a gentleman who takes orders.Who's very rude when you ask?If they have a certain drink.No, we don't have it very, very rude.I mean outrageously rude?I will never do business with this Wendy's.Ever again and I will make sure to share on every social media.That that Wendy's needs to be shut down because of their service.Their food had a roach in it.I will never do business with them
