This afternoon was a disaster. Ordered a hamburger combo with medium chocolate shake. The other was a spicy chicken combo with a medium chocolate shake. WELL I got a hamburger, cut in half, cold fries and a large chocolate shake. The other combo was a hamburger, cold fries and a large chocolate shake. NO SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH IN SITE. To top it all off, it took thirty minutes to receive this botched order. You disappointed me this time.

We love Whataburger. Never had a bad experience until nowThis was a disaster from the startI wish I wouldn’t have used kiosk. Then I could have walked out40 minutes to get two burgers and drinksTop it off bathrooms were out of order. Management you need to get involved

Got all them people but still the slowest place in town
Card readers always messing up, waited 30 min while three cars got there food and all I ordered was a sausage breakfast on a bun and when I got it, it wasn't even right I got a honey chicken biscuit instead get it together

Tried them for a to go online order a little after typical lunch hour. Service was friendly and food was delicious. I enjoy their burgers a lot. The Dr. Pepper shake was really nice too, had a great cherry flavor and tasted very much like the soda. The fries were good, but I'd have preferred them a tad less done and a bit more salted. I also really enjoyed the apple pie.It's still fast food. So not mind blowing by any means, but it's a solid burger chain pumping out good quality in high portions at a reasonable price.

Ordered milkshakes the milkshakes come back like milk with no consistency whatsoever to them the service was extremely slow it took us over 25 minutes to get Milkshakes that were wrong and then happened to turn around and have them refund the money took him another 10 minutes
