I have been going to Wing Stop in Tallahassee, FL for almost 10 years. When I heard one was opening in Thomasville GA I was thrilled, closer to where I lived. I sent in an internet order, paid on line, checked in and guy cooking said its almost ready. I asked the girl at the front counter if i could get the cup for my drink. I had to ask 3 times. It was like I was speaking another language, she just starred at me. Then the guy walks up and I had to ask 2 times, it was paid for. Finally got it and waited and waited sitting down. Finally got up and asked. They had put it on the to go/ready rack knowing all along I was there. The food was horrible and under cooked and fries were cold. I have never had a bad meal in Tallahassee. It was like they were using a different recipe. Please hire some competent people and improve on your food or you will not stay in business. I will go back one more time. I was very disappointed. I have not read the reviews here because I wanted to give my honest opinion and not refer to other people's comments.

This is my third time ordering from Wingstop in Thomasville, GA. I am highly disappointed to say the least. I feel that everyone needs to be trained again and do another opening. All three of my orders that I have gotten has been wrong! This last order was all flats and got mixed traditional. They also instead of giving ranch they gave us, blue cheese. All of the fries look like the bottom of the bag fries. Little, burnt and tastes like crap. They don’t even know how to season anything properly either. I wouldn’t waste your time or your money with this Wingstop!

Well definitely not the same experience Tallahassee fl and Covington GA. The music was R&B Rap very loud almost as if I was at a concert. Don't get me wrong I like some of the music but not into trying to eat a concert. When your worker had to step out front to talk on their phone, you know it's loud. I did see 3 customers come in and couldn't handle the load music and left. One customer returned a couple times because their order wasn't right. She had to wait for them to make it. I noticed they don't greet everyone the same i supposed some of their friends showed up during the hour i was there , they greeted , handshake and immediately given vip service while other customers stood and waited. French fries were as if they decided to empty all the fry baskets into one bowl getting a bunch of small short crispy pieces not long enough to dip in your sauce. I know it's a lot to take in ,but the good news. The cook was very quick, the wings were very fresh and good. The Blue cheese was very fresh and good. I'll wait a month and give it another try. Hopefully to edit my review until then order to go and make sure its right before you leave.

Do not order online for delivery. If they mess up they tell you to bring the food back for a remake or refund. Hints the delivery part, no way to come back for either. The general manager is incompetent and rude to say the least. I don’t know who would have him running an establishment with such a girly attitude. Less of a man if you ask me. He talks over you when trying to get your statement across and uses profanity which is all recorded. I will be speaking with his manager regarding this matter

The service was terrible. It took about 40 minutes to order six wings while three people ahead of me, got their food before I did. When I asked Shakeya what the problem was, she was very rude. I asked for extra crispy and it came out soggy

Ordered over the phone and was told 30 minutes. Arrive in 36 minutes to be told they didn’t enter my order and it would be 30 more minutes. Drove 16 minutes there and 16 minutes back to my house with no food thanks a lot Wingstop. My name is Mark and my order was at the bottom of the page of your little book. You write orders in instead of punching them in.
