Several times a month I usually stop and get breakfast. I believe that's about the only thing I've ever ordered but always very good. And the staff is always friendly.

I ordered 2 breakfast cups one w/ grits,sausage and cheese. The other had grits and cheese. The grits and cheese cup was filled with water and just a little bit of grits. Called back to voice my complaint and was told that the grits came from the same pot...maybe it did but the second cup must have been made from the dreggs with extra water to try and stretch it to make a cup. I even tried to pour off some the water but it was inedible. If that wasn't bad enough I was told that breakfast was over and to return in 7 days to replace it . 7 days really??? Needless to say I advised her ( the nameless manager/shift supervisor) I wouldn't return to Zacadoos. Poorly prepared food and even poorer customer service! Sometimes a simple apology goes further than any replacement. This was one of those times!

Charging $2 for sauce with tenders, $1 for water. The burgers aren't even beef anymore, they're disgusting! And the grits cups may as well be half water they are so soupy. A real waste of money.

My food came out hot. Some of the chicken pieces were pretty small, but they did give extra pices to make up for it. I love their dipping sauce.
I’ve tried this place 3x hoping it would be good. I tried the burgers last night and they were terrible. The meat was soggy like soy burgers and they were tasteless.

Came and ordered over $56 worth of food then got home and realized I was missing two items so I drove back to the restaurant to get them and they asked me to pull around then got to the window and they took my receipt and asked me to pull to the front and they bring it out and left me out there for over an hour!!!! With out a word!! And I have called the number several times and have gotten nothing!! You don’t treat customers that way

went for pancakes and sausage this morning. got to work with it and had grits and eggs with my sausage instead. highly disappointed .. this is not what i wanted for breakfast. clearly said pancakes and they repeated it back to me.
