I normally enjoy zaxbys in Thomasville. However I ordered a wings and things and 2/4 of my boneless wings were hard and not edible at all, they felt as if they weren’t even cooked. The lady who took my order outside however was very kind.

Do not order wings here. They've been baked for 3 days and you might as well eat a dog chew! For what they charge..its outrageous. Never again..not here in Thomasville..do better.

The person that took our order was very friendly (whoever worked the register on 7/19 around 3:30/4:00p, young black woman). The order came out fast, correct, and was VERY tasty. I think the AC was on its way out because it was a little warm inside... but that's not anyone's fault. Stuff breaks. Didn't use the restroom, but the dining area was clean. The drink area was clean. Stocked and organized. No sticky messes, no trash on counters, etc. Would definitely eat there again.

Got a grilled Cobb salad. I did pick up from the app and was very pleased that it was right ready to go, but when I got back to work, my salad had no chicken. Very disappointed.

Staff are always friendly in my experience and the seating is often very clean. Food has yet to disappoint me! Their Zalads are so delicious, I can't help but get one almost every time. And I hope the egg rolls are here to stay!

"Extra napkins and extra ketchup please." One napkin and ZERO ketchup when I got home. Do better!! See you maybe in six months. Maybe.
