Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Craziness from the drive thru all the way to pulling the food out of bag.
Young lady outside at the drive thru taking orders but she can't hear so you have to repeat yourself multiple times. Then it was pointless because it took longer then she couldn't take my cash.
Get to the window and they struggle with the drink orders. They stand there arguing about what drinks are missing, meanwhile the tray is leaking which i showed the guy. He rips the drink out and slams it in the trash and demands the young lady to make another drink. Then I'm asked to pull up to wait on the order. After about 8 minutes in the drive thru, the guy came outside to give a curbside order then he came to the car asking me what did I order (I'm like what?) but he came right back out with the food.
I get to my destination and pull out the plate and see hair on my boiled egg. I paid extra for a boiled egg too. This was the craziest experience at any Zaxby's.

Update: I take the food back to Zaxby's and a different guy asked what I need, he was nice and apologized. However, the salad was remade and was sat in the serving tray but it sat for a while so the guy that placed it there told the guy from the drive thru window that it was there and he said I'll get it after I finish. So I say I wished you'd just hand it to me since I've already had to come back out here. He eventually picked it up and see that the extra boiled egg was not in the tray and asked them to add it. I got my food and left finally.

Check your order before you leave, they are going to get it wrong most of the time.

I arrived at drive thru at 10.28 am and placed my order. It is now 10:48 am, and I still have not received my food. I have been waiting in my car 20+ minutes. Every car that arrived after me is waiting also.

This is the third time this month. We've had to drive back 25 minutes to pick up our food that they forgot to put in the bag. I don't know who you have working your to-go orders, but you seriously need to fire them because they can't read. Last time I'll ever eat here ever. I'll be sure to tell everybody else as well.

Ordered curb side pick up. Had a lady walk out to my truck 3 times with the wrong order. Said it was going to be ready at 6:05. Checked in at 6:04. Finally had to walk inside at 6:20 to get my food with it just sitting on the counter. Got back to my hotel and my order was wrong. Sorriest place I ever been in my life. I’m from out of town, and I’m here working. I have gave this place several chances.

I quit eating here for about 6 months just because they are always forgetting stuff and once again tonight i get home and have no sauces. Not 1 or 2 but none. They just can not get an oder right. Nothing will come of it of course. Corporate doesnt care but if you have a decent zaxbys where you are from just avoid this one with its incompetent staff and sticky floors.

Food was okay. Wait time was LONG. The only thing made it a positive experience was the young man behind the counter- Kenny S was GREAT and was super helpful. He was hard working and quite frankly had a better attitude then the others he was working with. Oh yea the cheesecake bites- yum

I ordered online when I got to the drive-thru At first she couldn't find my order she kept trying to give me another order finally she said it wasn't ready they had me park any parking spot and it took forever I drove back around after waiting a long time I finally got my order as I'm driving I tried one of my tacos that I ordered and it really wasn't that good it was cold I wasn't impressed from the whole experience

Two times at the Thomasville location my mobile order has been delayed for 30+ minutes. Tonight I placed an order - arrived and check in early - and I ended up getting my food more than 30 minutes later than my time to arrive at curbside. Every car in the drive thru had to pull to the side to wait for their food. They still got their food before I did. I didn’t get my food until after the restaurant closed, they also did not give me my drink, but I couldn’t bear waiting any longer. If there was more than one Zaxbys in town I would choose that one, but sadly there is not. I could probably drive to Bradfordville and get my food and drive back home before I’d get my food at the Thomasville location. No cars in the drive thru line with 4 workers looking out of the window, and I still get no service? The young woman who brought me my food apologized profusely because she’d noticed I’d been there so long. She also had to start taking peoples’ food to them in the rain, so absolute gratitude for her and her service. Need more workers like her. The manager who was just standing at the drive thru window and looking out the curbside door - what was the purpose of him being there if he was doing nothing for customers?

Food was ok just the wings and fingers were smaller than normal at this location. The staff was super friendly and fast tnough.
