After being pulled forward and waiting for my food for 15 minutes, I get home 20 minutes away to find out my order was missing one of the sandwiches. They weren’t even busy while I was there.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this Arby’s location due to a very rude employee at the drive-thru. While placing my order, she repeatedly cut me off by saying “we busy,” and rushed me away from the window even as I was trying to ask a question about my order. I’ve never encountered this kind of treatment at any other Arby’s, regardless of how busy they were.
This was my first time visiting this location, as I’m not from the area. Thankfully, the person preparing the food got my order right, because the drive-thru attendant made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. I’m not sure if she was a manager, but she had long, multicolored braids and very long fingernails. Her attitude left a lot to be desired.
The food itself was good, but customer service is just as important—and this visit missed the mark.

Don't even try , food not hot , service slow workers playing around ! Dinning room only had 4 seats you could use .Dinning room blocked off !
What a wonderful place to stop for lunch. The Easter decorations set it off! Clean eating area, clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

Food was hot and fresh, and restrooms were clean, but the service was spectacular! Brehlen was kind, knowledgeable, and makes the best sweet tea I've ever had. Literally. I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves!!!
