This place deserves 0 stars!!!! I Placed an Order online went to resturant to pick up and they were closed. Even though hours were still saying open. Emailed corporate 3 times went into store spoke to manager and basically was told oh well we can't help you!! Not my problem! So you stole my $30 bucks and don't even care to make it right!! I will never step back in an arbys ever again!! If this is how you want to treat customers who spend their hard earned money just to steal it I'm out!! Thomson fast food places are a joke !!! Managers need to have some customer service skills because $30 is alot of money to be out of!! And what's up with the owners and corporate who don't respond to you?????

I stopped while traveling after Hurricane Helene. Town my or may not have been on a 7pm curfew, overheard an employee talking on phone in bathroom that they were under 7pm curfew. It was 6:55 & still open. The crew of 4 or 5 ppl gathered by fryer & drive thru window were so load that I couldn't hear cashier that was taking my order. Very RUDE!!! & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Only ordered one classic roast beef that was handed to me as I was paying. It's hard to say how long it was under light, since that was what I was feeding my furbaby I didn't eat. Honestly the meat that was on it should have been used for a slider. That's how much meat was on it. I like Arby's & my furbaby loves it, but the last two that I've stopped at have been slacking a lot. Actually meat of how much was there. Roxy won't eat the bread so taking it off the bun I was shocked. 😕

Chastity helped me and she is an absolute rockstar. Food was hot fast and fresh. I don't frequent fast food very often but this Arby's was awesome. Can't tell you the last time I ate fast food with the exception of a salad at chic fila

Drive thru- food was perfect! Asked for fresh cooked fish- it was crispy and so hot it burned my tongue a little! Just perfect! lolThe drive thru team was helpful, courteous and fast! No complaints! Much much better than nearly all fast food pls es today!! Thumbs ??
