I honestly dont believe ive ever got warm fries from the place. Theyre always cold and hard. And don’t bother doing a curbside order. Every time we’ve done one, it’s been a 20-30 minute wait and if you call for an update theyre completely clueless.

Decided to stop by this afternoon and see what all Bojangles had because it had been a while. About a year ago Hubby and I were told at the drive thru they didn't do breakfast all day anymore. So glad to find out that was a misunderstanding, and we'll definitely come back again. The steak biscuit and Bo Rounds were amazing (worth the wait on the Bo Rounds). The tea not so great, but I'm picky. Rosemary at the counter was super sweet and made me feel welcomed. We look forward to getting some more biscuits in the future!
There's a manager with purple ir blue hair. How did she get her job i do not know. She doesn't know how to manage a shift. There was essentially no food 3 hours before closing and I heard the staff say she wasn't cooking anything else. She should be fired immediately she is losing this company money. Then she was sitting down with her boyfriend and she allowed a cup from sonic that he was drinking to be filled in the back. Now that is just nasty I almost asked for a refund. Many folks walked put due to no food. Unacceptable if you wondering where the money in the evening she is costing the company. If she doesn't want to cook pass a certain especially on a FRIDAY she needs not to be there. I have a mobile order and couldn't get the food I wanted because of this manager.
Tell your manager or supervisor that keep your man at home while working this a place of business not a layup session.

morning I get breakfast and experience the absolute worst service I've ever had!!! I asked for 4 sausage egg and cheese because it's what I get every morning Monday through Saturday. But I get up to the window and only get a pork egg and cheese. 🤦 No problem just come back to the window and correct my order and let me pay for the rest! 👍 Well she came back to the window apologized with absolutely the worst attitude I've ever seen on a person! I was being nice I said no worries I apologize I did not speak clearly and was just ignored and I know she heard me because I spoke very clearly and very loud because the other worker beside her heard me! To be honest it was open 10 minutes late and she was probably pissed off because there were so many people wanting to pay for breakfast at the drive-thru she got mad because she had to work!!! If you were my employee you would have been gone! If you don't want to work stay at home!!! Never will I ever go to this location again!!!

Man, I swung me in by here the other day. He just get me AA biscuit and I drank for breakfast. And this old lady came on there talking about and mumbo jumbo that I couldn't understand when she was the sweetest old lady when she handed me that bag, she said, darling, you have a great day and that'd be I had a great day.I hope she had a great day.It was a really good day for the both of us.I hope

Every single time i use the mobile app to order the simplest meals (cajun biscuit side of macncheese & bacon egg cheese biscuit fries 2 mtn dews) i wait at least 20-30 mins for the order to be made. It’s unacceptable when using the mobile app, food is always delicious.
Cost me $12 for 2 hard biscuits and an ocean of bosalt mixed in my fries😬 I used to love their salt, not so much now.....

The wait was too long, and the manager seemed to be a bit confused. However, our order was placed with a young lady named Nawga she was very professional and smiled the whole time
