Food was cold, my kids didn't even get the vampire nuggets in their monster meals (they were regular nuggets) Chicken was old and rubbery like it had been sitting out for hours. We usually never eat fast food for this reason but we eat BK once a year as a way to remember my late mother in law, as it was her favorite before she passed away. What a waste of money

I went through the drive thru and ordered a burger with chicken fries and a shake, the shake didn’t have whipped and was would’ve spilled if the top wasn’t on, they didn’t even give me sauce for the fries or ask if I wanted some
