The store seemed quite understaffed as service took a long time. And the bathroom was a mess and didn’t work correctly parentheses auto flush not working, etc. parentheses the food was pretty good however.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered online. They gave my food to the car in front of me. They gave it back. They gave me the same bag of food that the car in front of me had their hands in. The bag was all wrinkled. They argued so I just left and fed it to the dogs. I won't go back.

The food was not fresh, even though it was a special order. The employee was not professional or nice. We only ate the fries , after waiting for 10minutes for the special order.
Very, very slow employees. I went inside and stood at the counter for 10 minuted and nobody acknowledged that I was there. Not the first word from anyone.

Wow. saw previous reviews. Guess mine will be the same. Terrible, terrible. stopped in Sat. after Thanksgiving. Ordered cookies. well after 15 to 20 min wait. Ask clerk, was not sure when would get then. Custt came in after same amount of time who'd been told to wait after going thru drive thru. He came in, clerk so oh, forgot. The cook was yelling at someone in kitchen. Question is who owns this franchise and corporate BK should pull them. Disgrace to the already struggling fast food chain. Do not go there. You'll regret it.

Wow. That DID NOT taste like a fast food burger. That tasted like like a homade backyard grill burger. THAT WAS THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EATEN IN MY LIFE!!! All the employees were very nice. Inside was clean. And the food. THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD!!! Thank you so much!!! I LOVE BURGER KING!!! 100% MUST GO HERE!!!

Wendy was the best.She was the first employee to inform/allow us to substitute for an impossible burger on a coupon! As expensive as they are, she was a life saver and won a repeat customer!Vegetarian options: Got an impossible burger with lots of veggies and it was amazing!
