Yalls employee completely ignored the changes I put on my drink and didn’t give me part of my order either, I live too far to just go back to get it. Partially my fault for not double checking the bag however she had a printed out receipt with my order to look back on. It wasn’t busy or anything I was the only one there.

I am giving a 4 star not because of the staff or the place being dirty, it's always clean when I go ( which is a lot) and the staff has always been polite but I am concerned for them. The AC is broken and they are inside working with no air. It's been so hot and it's much hotter on the inside. There are 100 degree days coming and that worries me. I am very cold nature and I was extremely hot just waiting on a drink, I can only imagine how they feel. Please fix the AC for them.

While I was trying to see the doughnuts behind the counter, I told the lady waiting on me that I had not been to a Duncan Doughnuts in years it might take me a minute. I picked a couple out the I could see over the counter, the lady asked if I wanted to get a half dozen instead for a better deal. I said yes. I left and was 20 miles down the road whe I tried the first hardest, stale doughnut I have ever had. Won't make this 9 dollar mistake again.

Rel was absolutely a sweetheart!! My latte was the best i’ve had from Dunkin in a long time. I also chatted it up with the manager Cass who was professional yet personable. I will be returning!
