To go order that tasted like it was at least a couple hours old. Got four original Krystals and threw away two. Young lady working the counter was exceptional but the other two employees should be replaced. Male sitting in dining area looking at his phone and female working the back acted like she didn't want to be there.

To the owners reply I have put in several complaints at that very web site and have not gotten a response! If you had read the other reviews you know it not the 1st guest experience like this. I was charged for food I never received. I left 10 comments on your web site and never received a response!!!!!!

Grateful for the customer service! Food was what I ordered and hot! Wait wasn't long and the customer service was great! Food being hot like it was prepared as soon as I ordered it and everything I asked for was there. The team working flowed well and yes a workplace atmosphere helps with customer experience.

Terrible all around! First you can’t go inside the restaurant. The two times we went by there the doors are always locked. Then we get a sack full of Krystal’s that are hard as a brick and burnt, send them back and then to find out down the road that the same burnt ones were just placed in the bottom and a few news one on top to cover them. Whoever manages this Krystal’s need to have a complete turnover!!

We stopped here at 5:00 pm to get a Krystal’s fix. The burgers were not even hot enough to melt the cheese and when I mentioned it to the worker she said “do you want a refund because that’s how they are made” I guess she meant that’s how it is at her store. The dinning room was dirty, drink machine broken, not napkins in dispenser and don’t use the bathroom! There were only 2 younger ladies working and you could tell they did not want or care to be there.
This Krystal's has gone way down hill. No one ever answers at the speaker, and then they have a MAJOR attitude. The owner needs to be aware of this so they can hire better quality people so I don't get an attitude just for asking the drive thru speaker if they're ready to take my order after waiting 15 minutes with no one taking my order. With no one else in line!!!

Horrible service. Made you wait till the window to order, so was taking 10 times longer than should. Went inside to order. Was never asked. They spent 15 minutes arguing with a guy on his change when he was right. Comical and sad at same time that people can't figure money at fast food restaurants. Just had to leave. Tried again today waited 15 minutes behind one car that might have gotten to order, but probably had to wait a lot longer. Been inside before. Were busy flirting with each other than serving customers. A business on its way out.
