I stopped this morning to get breakfast. The customer service but the food was horrible. I ordered two sunrisers with also a scrambler bowl and the food was dried out and old. The bread was stale. The sausage was dried out. The eggs were cold. The cheese was not melted. I’m not understanding how is that this establishment isn’t serving cook to order breakfast?! This will be a place I will avoid when I’m ever in town. My money was wasted.

Very rude,humph for asking lite onions,,they already made up,CANT make more fresh ones,,,humph,,asked for some packs of mayo,,,another humph for some salt &pepper,,, AGAIN very rude ,will stop at next exit on 20,,,do not visit this store !!!!

Came around noon on a weekend when there were only 2 other cars in the drive thru. After 20 minutes in line, I still hadn’t been able to place my order. I left but can’t imagine how long I would have been waiting had I stayed. Whoever is in charge needs to staff their shifts better.

we were driving through from a concert in Virginia in Atlanta and it was late. I think we didn't even hit the drive through till maybe 2:00. they were 24 hours, because we were driving back to North Carolina we ordered about I'd say it was definitely over 100 burgers you know the sliders.... we also got bacon cheeseburgers it was delicious. my friends daughter was named after it. spells it same and everything they're super nice.

Waited in line 20 mins no cars moved. Doors locked could not go in to order. Will never go there again TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Many better options with proper staff open doors within feet of this place

I have lived in this area for 30 years. This Krystal has always been less than desirable from the lack of friendly staff to times when they are temporarily not serving food to ice machine being down. The burgers are never consistent. The buns are typically dry and stale. It’s always a gamble going to the Thomson Krystal

To go order that tasted like it was at least a couple hours old. Got four original Krystals and threw away two. Young lady working the counter was exceptional but the other two employees should be replaced. Male sitting in dining area looking at his phone and female working the back acted like she didn't want to be there.
