Ordered a thin pepperoni added mushrooms to the pizza. I know portion control, but on a 10 to 12 inch pizza "14" mushrooms COME ON!! I called back and spoke with the manager "WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME" he give me a lesson in (we use the white scoop) and if you want more you have to ask. A wasted $11....skip this place "IM NEVER GOING BACK"...

I have been here several times and nobody never comes to the window to take your order, so I leave. I could see if they were busy, but there was not another car in front of me behind me or anything and there was two cars in the parking lot. It’s just ridiculous that you can pull up and nobody’s there to serve you. This was at 12:30 in the afternoon.

Just visited the Thomson, Little Caesars location… The parking lot indicated that they were not busy however going through the drive-through I found myself sitting there for 10 minutes straight without anyone coming to the window. I looked up the hours just in case they were closed and they were open. There hours are 10:30 am - 10:00 pm & I arrived at 2:00 pm…there’s no reason to treat customers like this, to keep them waiting when you know they are there is super unprofessional. I completely understand if you have a valid reason to not serve anything (in case of emergency or etc) but this wasn’t the first time and if you had a valid reason, it’s important you let the customer know at all times.

Tried calling the store 5 times to make sure they had thin crust pizza on the hot and ready (which the never have and I hate waiting) so we put a order in for a thin crust and the new pizza cups they have. Cups were burnt and hard to eat. So glad that a Papa John's is opening in Thomson. This store is always filled with rude people that act as if you are bothering them. Don't wanna work here....get another job. Customer service has went down badly. They really should make sure hot and ready is stocked during peak hours so people don't have to wait. I do not mind tipping IF the service is worth it but here......it never is worth a tip.

I go to order 3 pizzas, and forgot to ask for peppers on pizza! So I ASKED fat azz manager could I pay for a few peppers, he was Very blunt about ' No we don't sale sides!' OK if I asked for them in the making of the pizza wouldn't it still be extra. So why can't you put 5 SLICED PIECES in a cup!!! I just Bought 3 LG pizzas and could not get a pepper! Then the pizza was bland, no sauce, nothing but in middle! And for the life of it don't get thin crust!! You will break your teeth with the crust.. plus his fat azz walking around in back poking cheese in his mouth and not washing his hands before cutting up your pizza!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE!!! IN THOMSON GA.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!! Don’t understand why they have a drive thru when they make you come inside to get your pizza. They were so lazy they could hand 5 pizzas out the window. Then you call & they never answer the phone. Use to eat there all the time but I will go somewhere else!!

Almost every time we get an order here, they say they are 45mins-hour wait on order. You place an order online and when you get here to pick it up when it’s supposed to be ready and they tell you another 25-30 wait. Customer service is usually very unprofessional, no one seems to work with any purpose to get orders complete.
Parking: Spots are tight and if you happen to have a line at the window getting around the line is difficult at times.
