super nice to costumers and always get food out quick but i can count the number of times they’ve gotten my order wrong, but it’s usually only the morning staff no problems when i go for lunch.

Normally there pretty good about getting food out fast so u don't wait too long. I'm just not a big fan of the food and prices of the quality. Small burgers shouldn't cost that much. But they do. Sometimes they get busy and the main issue I've had is with other customers there. The waiting on ur order for to go food. Alot of customers are just plain ass rude and don't have any respect for others. The employees are ok. Some of them may look a bit judgmental and I just don't like that. It's ok. But not great.

My ordered was 2 happy meals with 6 piece mcnuggies instead of fries instead of Apple's, when we received the order we got a 4 piece mcnuggies, our fries were put in a small bag, and we got apples.
The only savior was the polite guy at the window I rate him a 5 star
Edit: They didn't have bottle water either so we said no drink but we were given a water in a cup (so that was nice)

Ghost at McDonald's in Thomson Georgia.... I left my wallet with approximately $250 in it at the register accidentally one morning recently.....When the manager reviewed the videos, it showed that an employee took it directly to the office, but yet my money was gone!...she assured me that none of her employees took my money, Must have been a ghost !
Secondly, the shift manager is just about as rude as anyone could be.... actually told us to go to Bojangles or somewhere else one morning !!
Not to be misleading, a few, but sadly, only a few of the employees are very nice and friendly, but several of them really have attitudes.... I have been going to McDonald's in Thomson at 5:30 to 6:00 every morning for 25 years....
... our crowd moved to Bojangles, Krystal, etc. for short times, but McDonald's coffee is addicting.
Done with my rant, I will close hoping that the manager will find a job as a jailer or warden someplace......
