Poor service, employees didn’t even seem interested in taking my order or even interested in answering my question! Please hire people who need and want a job. It’s horrible going to establishments where employees make you feeling like you’re bothering them and taking away from their cellphone time.

The owners of the Popeyes franchise in Thomson Georgia needs to be aware of the condition of this store. It is dated, dirty, employees are terrible, chicken sucks. They got the order wrong, pulled me up into wait lane I had to get out of car and go in for food. Chicken was full of grease over cooked and some was hard. I did not order white meat but got it no mashed potatoes no biscuit no napkins, I use to like this food but not anymore.

Thomson location is terrible! The “cooks” are too busy playing and not paying attention to the orders. Had to get a refund cause they never cooked my order! Only good thing I can say is the lady at the front counter was very nice and apologetic. She needs to work at a better place…

Chicken taste refried or like it had been sitting for days... The store was out of strawberry soda and power aide. Sweet Tea had an old taste, was very bitter, and lacked sugar. The dining area needs updating. Very displeased with this Popeyes.

Establishment is filthy inside and out! Bathrooms are consistently unclean. As soon as you enter the building there's a terrible smell. The staff doesn't wash there hands after leaving and entering the kitchen. Wait times are ridiculous and staff is unbothered.

This entire building needs to be shut down and overhauled. Than replace the entire staff with employees that want to be there. Maybe then I will come back, as it stands this place is a disgrace to Popeyes name. Should report to corporate. Still considering that as an option. What a absolute waste of money. The food isn't edible, that's after waiting an hour standing around waiting for them to make it. Had to throw out the entire order. The employees at this building are rude, under trained, lack customer service, and the management is twice as bad. Never got my money back either. 0/10 do NOT eat here. Let em go out of business so we can get something worth having in that building.
