If I could give one stars I would. I used the app and ordered two medium drinks (happy hour), and a pretzel. Since when did they start charging $1 for the cheese? Who owns this place now? I need them to give me a call now! And instead of refunding me on just $2 for the pretzel, they could ONLY give me a full refund. So that's what happened. But after all of that, you could have just given me that cheese. But instead lost almost $6 for $1. I know it isn't much. But WHERES THE MANAGER???!

Absolutely unacceptable. Only giving 1 star because it doesnt give an option for no stars. Im a door dasher. Got an order for a smash burger tots and a drink. Checked in and told them I was there. Several minutes go by. No order. Ask a different person. Said oh it'll be out soon. Several more minutes no order. Ask another car hop and they say the same thing. Fast forward almost an hour later still no order. Order had to be canceled and it affected my ratings. Something needs to be done with this location.

The order screen said the order was on its way and then took over 15 minutes to come out. Also the speaker was barely audible when ordering on stall 14. They need to stop clearing orders before bringing them out as a way to make order times look good. I had to flag down a carhop after 15 minutes and then it took another 5-10 minutes. Shakes were melting. One was made wrong. The bathrooms are in poor working order and the cleaning chart was completely empty. On the way out saw employees hanging on a car in drive thru visiting. They need to have a good manager on staff to ensure good service because if there was a manager there I don’t know what they were doing Edited to add: We only had 4 drinks and they were not busy- and the car next to us ordered food much later and yet received their order first.

Absolutely unnacceptable.And ive worked in fast food before getting paid less and never handed anybody something that looks like this. I am highly dissappointed with the food and service. They didnt even try to mix my blast and forgot the other $1 up charge topping that goes into it.

Not sure what has happened to sonic in Thomson. We went earlier this week. Ordered a sonic blast. We waited 30 minutes, twenty of those minutes was waiting on blast that was supposed to be being delivered. It never came. Tonight we tried again. Ordered burgers with NO cheese. One was correct the was not. It was correct on the receipt. Do better!!!
