They are rude , playing inside my food was wrong drink was out when ask for another drink . They start laughing when cooking others food do it right .. will never go back again

The order screen said the order was on its way and then took over 15 minutes to come out. Also the speaker was barely audible when ordering on stall 14. They need to stop clearing orders before bringing them out as a way to make order times look good. I had to flag down a carhop after 15 minutes and then it took another 5-10 minutes. Shakes were melting. One was made wrong. The bathrooms are in poor working order and the cleaning chart was completely empty. On the way out saw employees hanging on a car in drive thru visiting. They need to have a good manager on staff to ensure good service because if there was a manager there I don’t know what they were doing Edited to add: We only had 4 drinks and they were not busy- and the car next to us ordered food much later and yet received their order first.

Absolutely unnacceptable.And ive worked in fast food before getting paid less and never handed anybody something that looks like this. I am highly dissappointed with the food and service. They didnt even try to mix my blast and forgot the other $1 up charge topping that goes into it.

Brought a meal deal, I finished off my tea, went to get a refill but they was going to charge me for another cup. So wrong! Besides water, Tea is also a cheap drink.
Not sure what has happened to sonic in Thomson. We went earlier this week. Ordered a sonic blast. We waited 30 minutes, twenty of those minutes was waiting on blast that was supposed to be being delivered. It never came. Tonight we tried again. Ordered burgers with NO cheese. One was correct the was not. It was correct on the receipt. Do better!!!

Went for lunch today and my diet dr. Pepper was flat and I got maybe 5 fries in my container!! Cheeseburger was awful as well. Contacted them and was offered a free slushie !!! Only If I purchase something on next visit!!! No thanks won't be going back there again!! Customer service is a joke they don't care you spent your money on garbage that was no good!!! You Buy something and it should be edible if not you should get a refund !!! No excuse for this place to not honor their food and drink!!! Worst business I ever delt with!!

So I ordered a PLAIN SS Double, only meat, cheese, bacon, add egg, and no bun. I am allergic to wheat. The first order had ketchup and mustard all over it. When I go back to get it corrected, the fix had a bun!! I don't get it, used to work for sonic and reading the tickets are easy. Would not recommend anyone to eat here. But the bacon cheese tots were correct.

Horrible experience. Spent $70 and half our order was missing. This is after my debit card not working at drive through and the girl working rudely asks in front of several people: do you have any money on it? Of course I do! Asked for the manager and she was just as rude. We literally got the bottom of the bag for onion rings, and the manager said they had to do it that way for their counts! Horrible restaurant, horrible food and even worse service! Save your money and go elsewhere!!
