Quite possibly the slowest coffee location in the entire Augusta area and definitely the worst Starbucks location I've been to in any area. Slow service, poor service, very confused looking employees.

Very clean and the staff was super friendly! The food was slightly disappointing but still yummy and warm (see picture). All drinks were made correctly and quickly. Overall would come back!

Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient. Very clean and orderly. Also bathrooms were in immaculate condition. Friendly staff. I was greeted politely immediately upon arrival even though they were super busy. Will be returning.
Coffee was good. Those little egg bites and potato cake things are yummy. But the sandwiches fell short in every way. Over $35 for a little bit of nothing. No thanks.
It was a spacious Starbucks and I went during the week before noon and wasn't busy at the time. The bathroom was also clean. The customer service was quick and efficient and the quality of the coffee was of Starbucks brand. Good and strong.

Super slow, waited about 20 minutes for 5 cars. They make you wait at the ordering box for some reason, I had mobile ordered and they asked me to pull up very slowly because it wasn’t ready yet lol. Drink was incorrect and sooooo sweet I ended up tossing it and going to the Dunkin across the street.
